Crystal Palace are preparing a £30million offer to sign Emile Smith Rowe, talkSPORT understands.
Fulham have already tabled an offer worth £25million which has been rejected by Arsenal.
It’s understood that the Gunners would be willing to part company with the midfielder if they’re offered £35million.
Napoli and Aston Villa have also been credited with an interest.
Leaving Arsenal would be a tough decision for the 23-year-old who has been with the north London club since he was 10 years of age.
However with first team football a priority, it’s possible that he has played his last match for the Gunners.

With two years left on his contract, Arsenal will be keen to receive a decent bid for the player, something that Crystal Palace could be preparing for.
The Eagles are looking for creativity in the transfer market following the decision to sell Michael Olise to Bayern Munich for £60million.
Born in Croydon, Smith Rowe joined Arsenal’s famous Hale End academy at the age of 10 and broke into the first team fold as one of their most naturally talented players.
Breaking through at the same time as Bukayo Saka, Joe Willock, Reiss Nelson and Eddie Nketiah, Smith Rowe spent the second half of the 2018/19 season with RB Leipzig but made just three appearances.
In January 2020, he joined Huddersfield on loan and scored twice and offered three assists in 19 Championship appearance.
Given an opportunity to impress in Arsenal’s first team, the midfielder became a regular between 2020 and 2022, before falling out of favour.
Last term, Smith Rowe made just 13 Premier League appearances, registering just one assist.
