WWE Road to Royal Rumble live event tour continued on January 13 as the stars from RAW and SmackDown stopped over in Mannheim, Germany, for a house show. The show featured top names from both brands in action, with both Drew McIntyre and CM Punk defending their respective world titles.
The event kicked off with two real-life friends facing off against each other as Gunther locked horns with El Grande Americano. As everyone knows, Ludwig Kaiser has been the man behind the Grande Americano’s mask ever since Chad Gable was ruled out due to an injury. While the two former Imperium members have not had any on-screen interaction in the last several months, they collided in a one-on-one match in Kaiser’s home country. However, the local hero failed to come out on top as Gunther picked up a victory.

Elsewhere on the show, Maxxine Dupri defeated Roxanne Perez to gain momentum for her upcoming Women’s Intercontinental Championship match against Becky Lynch.
The show also featured a Mixed Tag Team match as Alexa Bliss teamed up with Dragon Lee to defeat Asuka and Kofi Kingston. This was followed by the Undisputed WWE Championship bout, where Drew McIntyre retained the title over Shinsuke Nakamura and Ilja Dragunov in Triple-Threat action.
After the intermission, we saw Bron Breakker in action after getting suspended on RAW. The Vision member defeated Je’Von Evans in a singles match. This was followed by a match between The Wyatt Sicks and The MFT sans Solo Sikoa. Wyatt Sicks avenged their recent SmackDown loss as they managed to get the better of Solo’s group this time.
The event was headlined by CM Punk, who defended his World Heavyweight Championship against Bronson Reed. The Best in the World emerged victorious to keep his title reign going.
