How to find Executioner in Windrose
To get Executioner in Windrose, note that weapons can either be crafted from materials or looted from chests. However, you can’t craft weapons without the Islander rank. The Weaponsmith Workshop can only be unlocked at the said rank and is used to craft weapons in Windrose.
After building the crafting station, you can start gathering the required items for crafting the desired weapon. You can craft the Executioner in Windrose using x10 Wood and x7 Copper Ingots. The former can be found by exploring the island, while the latter can be procured from the smelting furnace. You can head to the Weaponsmith Workshop and interact with it to craft the desired weapon.
There’s an alternate way to get the Executioner in Windrose. You can find this melee weapon in one of the shipwrecks on the north-western island. To reach this location, begin your journey from the starting island and travel to the shipwreck island using Gallen’s boat.
You’ll also encounter this shipwreck during the I Need a Bigger Boat main quest, where one of the objectives is to investigate the shipwreck sites. Upon reaching the northwestern island, you’ll find the wrecked ship on the shore. Head towards the ship, check inside, and you’ll find a Decrepit Chest. You can loot the chest to collect the Executioner, along with some other items.
While exploring the area, you must be careful as several Thorn Fiddlers roam around the shipwreck location. You can easily defeat them using your new melee weapon. The Executioner grants stacks of Rage effect when you eliminate an enemy, where each stack increases your Critical Hit Chance by 10%, reaching up to 30%. This is highly helpful when dealing with a swarm of enemies.
