PJ Haggerty will be a game-time decision for the matchup against Kansas, Kansas State’s interim coach Matt Driscoll told CBS Sports’ Jon Rothstein earlier on Saturday.

Rothstein also reported that Haggerty was able to practice with the Wildcats on Friday. This is a good sign for Kansas State, as the team will also monitor his status ahead of the contest.

According to some reports, Haggerty is dealing with a left-arm injury that he suffered in practice last week. He missed Kansas State’s 65-63 win over West Virginia on Tuesday, which was the first contest that he sat out this season.

Haggerty has been Kansas State’s leading scorer and the third-highest scorer in the country this season. He is averaging 23.3 points per game. Moreover, Haggerty leads the Wildcats in rebounds (5.3) and is second on the team in assists per game (4.0).

The Kansas vs. Kansas State game will tip off at 2 p.m. ET from Allen Fieldhouse in Kansas. Fans can watch the game on CBS.
