Etherwing Moth is a Mondstadt local specialty, and can be found in the newly introduced regions of Dornman Port and Temple of Space in northern Mondstadt. They can be tracked and collected via the material tracking feature.
Firm/Sharp/Weathered Arrowhead
These are enemy drops that can be farmed after defeating Hilichurl Shooters, who are present in every single region of Teyvat. You can also navigate to their locations from the Enemies tab of the Adventurer’s Handbook.
Ascended Sample: Knight
Ascended Sample: Knight can be obtained by challenging The Game before the Gate Trounce Domain.
Prismatic Severed Tail
Prismatic Severed Tail is an enemy drop that you can get after defeating the Radiant Moongecko in the Wavechaser Plain area of Nod-Krai.
Teachings/Guide/Philosophies of Resistance
Teachings of Resistance, Guide to Resistance, and Philosophies of Resistance can be farmed from the Mondstadt talent material domain Forsaken Rift on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
