“I think the biggest thing, and it is, I think, with both seasons, we’ve had to coach in a bunch of different ways,” Redick said. “But I think overall, the culture piece, it’s not just about winning or a winning formula.
“It’s about how we as coaches and we as players interact and interface with each other.”
