The post described how a fellow ARMY who was staying at the same hotel as BTS in Tampa encountered Kim Taehyung. She entered the elevator area after a workout session for him. Security tried to prevent her from joining the elevator. Taehyung responded by holding the door open for her himself. He also pressed the button for her floor while they rode up together.
The original poster noted that Taehyung appeared fresh from the gym, tall at around 5 feet 11 inches. He was wearing a black muscle tank and shorts, with slightly damp hair and a post-exercise glow.
The X post gained significant attention with over 2,400 likes and hundreds of reposts within hours. One fan said:

Another expressed pride in BTS’ Taehyung’s kindness. A few asked for the source of the fan’s account to engage with it directly.

BTS at Raymond James Stadium
BTS performed the third and final show of their Tampa run on April 28, 2026 at Raymond James Stadium as part of the ARIRANG World Tour. The setlist for the opening night in Tampa featured 23 songs. It opened with several tracks from the new ARIRANG album, including Hooligan and Aliens, followed by Run BTS in a remix version.
The first act continued with they don’t know ’bout us, Like Animals, FAKE LOVE in a remix, SWIM, and Merry Go Round. The second portion included 2.0, NORMAL, Not Today with a remix, MIC Drop, FYA, Fire, Body to Body, and IDOL. For the encore the group delivered Come Over, Butter, Dynamite, Permission to Dance. They also performed Magic Shop for the first time since 2019. Some variations appeared across the three nights, with occasional surprise throwback tracks added to the encore section.
The concert drew strong reactions from the audience of around 60,000 per night.
The group will next take the ARIRANG World Tour to El Paso, Texas, for performances on May 2 and May 3 at Sun Bowl Stadium.
