Carlos Alcaraz’s family recently showed off their close knit bond. The tennis star’s older brother’s girlfriend posed for a photo with his younger brother and penned a sweet message for the 14-year-old.
Alcaraz is the second-oldest of the four brothers in his family. He has one older brother, Alvaro, who is a part of his team, acting as his hitting partner and coach. His two younger brothers, Sergio and Jaime, have also inherited the sporting gene. While Sergio has opted for football over tennis, Jaime has followed in his older brother’s footsteps and is one of the most promising young talents from Spain alongside the likes of Stefan Sangichev and Pepe Garcia.
Thanks for the submission!
Recently, Alvaro Alcaraz’s girlfriend, Lucia posed for a picture with Jaime. Sharing the snaps on Instagram, she penned a sweet message for the 14-year-old, writing,
“Grateful for life to see you grow. I love you so much my (not so) baby.”

Alvaro and Lucia have been dating for some time now, but the couple have chosen to keep their relationship relatively private. Despite this, Lucia has often congratulated Carlos Alcaraz for his wins on social media, and was even present at the premiere of his Netflix documentary.
Carlos Alcaraz enjoys time with his family and brothers amidst injury layoff

Carlos Alcaraz is currently on a forced break from tennis due to a wrist injury he suffered earlier this year. While the Spaniard has missed the French Open and will also be sitting out the Wimbledon Championships due to the injury, he has been making the most of his time away from court.
In a recent update, the 23-year-old shared glimpses from his May, giving fans behind-the-scenes glimpses into his life as he spent time with his family and friends. Alcaraz captioned the pictures,
“A different kind of May!”
Alcaraz injured his wrist in April at the Barcelona Open. The World No.2 has been busy recovering since then and in a appearance at the Princess of Girona Congresfest, he spoke about the importance of having his family support him during this difficult time, saying,
“Now I realise that what really matters, my family, who have always been there to support me; they never forced me to play tennis but always gave me the choice and that helped me continue to enjoy it and never feel stressed. They’re the reason I’m the person I’m today.”
Carlos Alcaraz is currently expected to return to tennis in time for the hard court season. The Spaniard is the 2025 US Open champion and fans will hope he gets a shot at defending his title.
