Matheus Nunes has gone on strike to try and force through a move from Wolves to Manchester City, talkSPORT understands.
The Portuguese midfielder has been refusing to train with Wolves since the back end of last week.
Wolves are demanding at least £60million to sell Nunes having rejected City’s opening offer of £47m last week.
Nunes played no part in Wolves’ 1-0 victory at Everton last weekend having picked up a red card in their previous outing, a 4-0 defeat at home to Brighton.
