Yuvraj Singh, the former Indian all-rounder, experienced a burglary at his residence in the Mansa Devi Complex in Panchkula on Friday, January 16. Shabman Singh, Yuvraj’s mother, reported the incident, stating that cash and jewelry were stolen from their home.
After the theft at the residence of the former all-rounder, his mother filed a complaint with the Panchkula police. In the complaint, Shabman Singh disclosed that cash and jewelry valued at ₹70,000 were stolen from their Panchkula residence. She accused two members of the staff of being involved in the theft.
According to the complaint lodged by Yuvraj Singh‘s mother, the theft occurred merely six months after the departure of the two staff members from their residence.

The complaint mentioned that, in the autumn of 2023, Shabman Singh entrusted the accused with the responsibility of looking after the house in Panchkula while she was residing in Gurugram. According to Shabman Singh’s complaint, the almirah on the first floor of their house contained cash and jewelry.
Yuvraj played a pivotal role in India’s triumphs in the 2007 ICC World T20 and the 2011 ICC Cricket World Cup, where he was named the Player of the Tournament. Yuvraj’s illustrious career spanned from 2000 to 2017, during which he represented India in all three formats of the game.
