Sharp shooter Kevin Love is famous for his marksmanship since he was in the Cleveland Cavaliers and now he is taking those skills to Miami Heat. After the news broke, the veteran player made an Instagram post where he confirmed he was a new Heat player. As we all know, Bam Adebayo currently plays there and he wanted to give Love a proper warm welcome. His comment was pretty NSFW but this only means Bam and Kevin get along pretty well. Hoop Central reported on the interation that took fans on a field day with their responses.
Adebayo is known for his banter with the rest of his teammates, so he didn’t waste any time to tell Kevin Love that he better ‘make some fucking shots’. To what Kevin responded: “You better create some fucking space,” while also posting some flipping hand emojis. Clearly, these two are going to have some fun in Miami and try to take over the Eastern Conference. Because currently, it seems like only the Milwaukee Bucks and the Boston Celtics are dominating that area. Other good teams like Miami or Chicago need to step up to the plate and make people realize they also have something to offer.
The Miami Heat will have good use for Kevin Love
During the 2022-23 season, the Miami Heat has struggled terribly when the season started but they currently sit at a comfortable 32-27 record. They are only half a game away from the sixth postiion inside the Eastern Conference standings. The idea is that Kevin Love can help them with the shooting and rebounds as well. However, he is far from the player he used to be in the past but he still has some good games left in him. Adebayo’s message was also a test to see how fired up he is to play for the Miami Heat after getting his buyout from Cleveland.
