A clip from WWE’s Seth Rollins being attacked by a fan two years ago at a Monday Raw event, has resurfaced and gone viral on Twitter.
The incident took place after the wrestler had finished his match against Finn Balor during the WWE’s event at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
The WWE condemned the incident at the time and expressed they take the safety of their wrestlers and performers very seriously.
“The individual who attacked Seth Rollins has been turned over to the NYPD and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” they expressed on a statement.

Seth Rollins was quoted by TMZ Sports saying that everything happened very quickly, the professional wrestler also demanded that the fan was banned for life from WWE shows and calling the moment a terrifying one.
“It’s terrifying, brother. It happened very quickly. I was mostly just reacting and hoping that our security would come and do their job. Which they did very quickly. And then was just trying to detach and move on. Hope that everybody is okay. I think as a precedence he probably should not be allowed at the events,” TMZ Sports reported as Seth Rollins quote.
