Arsenal vs Man City LIVE: Saka a huge doubt as rivals meet in massive Premier League clash

Mikel Arteta’s men had continued their good form and were unbeaten in all competitions until Tuesday evening when they lost 2-1 to Lens in the Champions League.

Meanwhile, City had won their first six Premier League matches, but were then beaten 2-1 by Wolves last time out to end their 100 per cent record.

As you would expect, Pep Guardiola’s men had all of the possession but struggled to create too many clear chances.

Things are now all set up for an absolute thriller at the Emirates that could go a long way in deciding who lifts the title at the end of the year.

Arsenal vs Man City: Team news

Bukayo Saka is now a huge doubt for this huge clash.

Saka was substituted with a knock during the Gunners’ defeat to Lens in the Champions League and could now be sidelined.

The Gunners will be already without Jurrien Timber, as he continues to recover from an ACL sustained on the opening day.

Gabriel Martinelli is also likely to miss out with a hamstring injury.

However, Mohamed Elneny and Thomas Partey will both be back.

Meanwhile, City will be without Rodri, as he serves the final game of his three-match ban after being sent off against Nottingham Forest.

Kevin De Bruyne remains out, but John Stones and Bernardo Silva should be fit.
