Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James brought up Iowa Hawkeyes guard Caitlin Clark completely umprompted on Sunday while discussing great scorers prior to the 2024 NBA All-Star Game.
James, 39, was discussing what it feels like when a player is “in the zone” and mentioned how Clark breaking the NCAA all-time scoring record earlier in the week is a prime example of such happening.
“You seen Caitlin Clark the other night when she broke the record? There’s nothing you can do [defensively],” James said.
