If you’ve gone 1x for road or gravel, the new Wolf Tooth Aero Chainrings give you a sleek way to drop a little drag with SRAM cranksets.

Already available for Shimano GRX, these new versions fit SRAM’s 8-bolt direct mount cranks and Quarq Power Meter Spiders with 107 BCD. Depending on your setup, they’re offered in 46, 48, 50, and 52 tooth counts.

All are machined with 7075-T6 aluminum at Wolf Tooth’s HQ (check out our factory tour here) in Minnesota, USA. They’re optimized for SRAM Eagle, Flattop, and T-Type/Transmission chains, but also compatible with most 9/10/11-speed chains plus 12-speed chains from KMC, Connex, Wippermann and Campagnolo.

All sizes feature their DropStop narrow-wide tooth profile, but you can pair it with their Lone Wolf chain guides.

The 8-bolt aero chainrings start at $119.95 and weigh as little as 133g. The four-bolt 107BCD models for power meters are also $119.95 and weigh as little as 121g. If you’re keeping track, that’s about half the price and lots lighter than SRAM’s 1x aero chainring offerings.

Available for pre-order now, shipping by June 14. Not concerned with aerodynamics? They still offer replacement 1x chainrings for 8-bolt direct mount cranks in 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, and 44 tooth sizes, too.
