The ‘Most postseason home runs by MLB team’ quiz

With the MLB playoffs looming, intensity is picking up. Just look at last week’s series between the Philadelphia Phillies and Atlanta Braves. Atlanta’s Orlando Arcia and Philadelphia’s Bryce Harper have a history dating back to last season’s NLDS, where Arcia mocked Harper for a baserunning blunder that cost Philadelphia Game 2, but was on the receiving end of a stare down from Harper after his two home runs in Game 3. Philadelphia got the last laugh in 2023, beating Atlanta three games to one to advance to the NLCS. They got the last laugh last week as well, after an Arcia go-ahead home run was erased and the Phillies came back to win and extend their lead in the division. After the Phillies comeback, Harper said he “didn’t notice or care,” about the look Arcia appeared to give him, but manager Rob Thompson did say “yeah, that’s gamesmanship. But we won.”

Which brings us to today’s quiz. It takes a strong team to get through the grueling MLB regular season, but in the smaller sample size of the playoffs, individuals can catch fire and carry a team. With that being said, can you name the player with the most postseason home runs for each MLB team?

    Good luck!
