Brittany Mahomes has welcomed a new gym companion-her infant daughter, Golden Raye Mahomes.

While her older children, Sterling Skye and Patrick “Bronze” Lavon III, often keep her busy, they appear to have been spared from joining their mother’s fitness sessions, as their newborn sibling takes on that role.

A New Workout Routine with Golden Raye

On March 4, Brittany gave her followers a glimpse into her latest workout session, sharing a boomerang video on her Instagram Stories.

In the clip, she was seen dressed in green leggings and a gray zip-up hoodie, pushing a black stroller in the gym. Her caption made it clear just how much she appreciates her new workout buddy: “My fav workout partner “

Although Golden may not be actively participating, she has already become a regular presence in her mother’s fitness routine.

Meanwhile, Sterling and Bronze seem to have been granted a break from tagging along.

Sterling Steps Into Her Role as a Big Sister

While Brittany balances workouts and motherhood, Sterling Skye, now four years old, has fully embraced her role as the big sister. In late February, Brittany shared an Instagram Story showing Sterling pushing Golden‘s stroller, rocking it gently while looking into the distance. She captioned the video: “The best big sister”

Sterling has also been imitating her mother’s nurturing side. In another post, Brittany captured a moment where Sterling carried her own toy baby doll in a floral-printed sling, mirroring the gray animal print baby carrier her mother used for Golden. The proud mom affectionately labeled the post “Twins”, highlighting the special bond forming between her daughters.

As Brittany and her husband, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, adjust to life with three young children, their family has been cherishing every milestone.
