Packers’ WR corps could have a new look following 2025 NFL Draft

After selecting two wide receivers within their first three picks of the 2025 NFL Draft, the Packers now have a deep receiving corps that will need to sort itself out soon.

Last year, Green Bay struggled with dropped passes, recording the second-highest drop rate in the NFL at 7.1% — the highest in the NFC. With the addition of fresh talent, the Packers aim to improve their passing game and provide quarterback Jordan Love with more dependable targets.

    Key returning players

    Jayden Reed

Reed proved to be the Packers’ most productive receiver in 2024, leading the team in receptions (55), receiving yards (857) and touchdowns (six). His involvement in the run game — logging 20 carries for 163 yards and a rushing touchdown — made him a versatile playmaker for Green Bay’s offense. However, his 10 drops were the most on the team and tied for the fourth most in the NFL, showing where an urgent improvement needs to be made.
