The thrilling NWSL playoffs continue. Who will lead their team to the final? – Equalizer Soccer

The present moment in women’s sports is unbelievably exciting, in no small part due to the National Women’s Soccer League. This weekend, the dynamic league enters the semifinals to determine which teams will face off for the championship on November 22.

As it stands, the NWSL is unmatched when it comes to competition level and diversity. Four points separated third place and eighth place to end the regular season. Gotham narrowly snuck in over North Carolina. Kansas City set the NWSL single-season points record and was 21 points clear of the Washington Spirit in second place, but fell to Gotham in the quarterfinals. To put it plainly: the table this season was insanity. And parity in the NWSL is at an all-time high. However you want to categorize that parity – good, bad or mediocre – is up to interpretation.
