Before you get to completing this Easter Egg, you need to first unlock it in the game. To do so, follow these steps:
- First and foremost, pick Dempsey as your preferred character for the run.
- Head to the Crashed Rocket point of interest, and from here, run to the southeast of this rocket. Locate the pathway between the rocks, and follow it.
- You will come across a pile of dead bodies and a dogtag. Interact with this dogtag to kickstart the Black Ops 7 Zombies Dempsey PTSD Easter Egg.

How to complete the Easter Egg
Once you’ve begun the Easter Egg sequence, follow these steps to complete it:
- As soon as you pick up the dogtag, Dempsey will recognize it to be his own. You’ll soon hear Veytharion’s voice booming in his head, calling him a coward.
- This will begin a segment where you will once again control Dempsey, and you’ll have to traverse through the forest. Follow the black orb in front of you.
- After walking a few steps, you will once again come across Veytharion’s booming voice calling out Dempsey for abandoning his post at the temple, confronting him for living a lie.
- Continue following this ball to uncover the entire story. You will soon discover how Dempsey partnered with Weaver and then proceeded to unleash hell on the temple. He was indeed the vessel for evil at the temple
