You can buy the mansions in GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills by using your phone. On the phone, open your internet browser and click the Money and Services tab; then visit the Prix Luxury Real Estate website to purchase one of the mansions in the new DLC. The base price for buying a mansion is $11,500,000, and then it only goes upwards.

GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills: Mansions and how to buy them
There are three new mansions under the Prix Luxury Real Estate group. As mentioned earlier, you can simply purchase one using your phone in the GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills DLC:
- On your phone’s internet browser, go to the Prix Luxury Real Estate website.
- On the website, you will see three different purchasing options. Based on your available funds, you can buy one of the three mansions by clicking on your desired property.
- You can then click on the ‘Customize’ button to select all the necessary upgrades and features. After picking your favorite items, you can purchase the property.
- This will quickly make you the owner of your new property and all of its amenities and features, such as the new AI concierge.
The three options available for purchasing are as follows:
- The Tongva Estate – $11,500,000 in Tongva Hills
- The Vinewood Residence – $12,200,000 in East Vinewood Hills
- Richman Villa – $12,800,000 in West Vinewood Hills
Crucially, those who finished all three of the New Listings missions before December 7, 2025, will get a $2,000,000 discount on their new purchases from the Prix Luxury Real Estate group.
However, these are just the base prices of the mansions. Adding rooms, color tints, and other upgrades to the mansions adds to their base prices. Here’s more about all the features you can add and how much it may cost you.
All available mansion features
Once you decide which mansion you want to purchase, the website will show you a plethora of options to pick from. After selecting your desired mansion in the GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills DLC, you must decide on your interior.
Interior
This is the very first section in the customization menu. First, players must decide on their favorite tint, which will be reflected in the interior. There are four tint options, where the default color is free, and all others require you to pay $100,000 extra. The colors include white, green, purple, and pink.
After selecting a tint, you can pick from one of the six different pattern wallpapers for your interior. The default one is free, while the rest will cost you $245,000 each.
Finally, players must decide what their decor will look like in their new mansion. There are three options to pick from:
- Los Santos Loft: Default (Free)
- San Andreas Coastal: $497,500
- Vinewood Regency: $612,500

Additional Rooms
After finalizing your interior options for your new mansion in the GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills DLC, you can move on to adding rooms. First and perhaps most importantly, you can add an Armory to your mansion for $720,000. In this room, you get an Mk II Weapon Workshop and options to purchase as well as modify a variety of weapons.
Next, you can purchase an Arcade room for $950,000 for leisurely activities. A Podium for your favorite cars is also available in all the mansions and can be bought for an additional $650,000.
Finally, you can add a Vehicle Workshop to upgrade and modify your vehicles. The workshop will cost you an extra $880,000 in the GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills DLC.
Security and AI Assistant
Finally, players can add Security to their mansions to protect them from raids. This will add highly trained and armed personnel to the property. The cost for this is $1,750,000. This private militia can even help bolster the security of your existing businesses.
The GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills DLC also offers three different choices of AI Concierge voices. All three personalities are free of cost and include the following:
- Angel: A female AI Concierge with a playful personality.
- Haviland: A male AI Concierge with a sharp and professional demeanor.
- OG: A GTA San Andreas-esque Concierge with a very unique personality.

Pets
Finally, for the first time in the game’s history, you can even own pet cats and dogs in the game. To get yourself the animals, you must own a mansion. On the property, you must interact with the kennel, where you can purchase cats or dogs for $15,000.
Once you buy your pet, they will immediately become a part of your mansion, and you can pet them by using the interact button on your device.
After finalizing all your customizations, you must pay the full price of the mansion plus any additional costs owing to said customizations and additions. This may raise the price of your mansion exponentially in the new GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills DLC.
