    “He’s the toughest guy I’ve ever fought” – Fabricio Andrade credits Enkh-Orgil Baatarkhuu for the hardest test of his career

    Former undisputed ONE bantamweight MMA world champion ‘Wonder Boy’ Fabricio Andrade recently opened up about his latest setback, losing his gold to ‘The Tormentor’ Enkh-Orgil Baatarkhuu of Mongolia.

    And he says the Physical: Asia star was the hardest test of his career.

    Andrade surrendered to Baatarkhuu via fourth-round submission in their main event battle at ONE Fight Night 38: Andrade vs. Baatarkhuu on Prime Video, and the 28-year-old Brazilian gave credit to his adversary.

    In a recent interview with ONE Championship, Andrade said Baatarkhuu deserved the victory and all the accolades that came his way.

    ‘Wonder Boy’ stated:

    “So, I’m happy for him. I’m happy that he was able to achieve all of this, and now he’s well-known around the world. I’m happy for his career. He’s the toughest guy I’ve ever fought and the toughest guy I’ve ever seen.”

    Needless to say, Andrade is back on the grind and will be looking at booking a rematch with Baatarkhuu to try to reclaim his lost gold.

That’s why if and when they meet again in a rematch, the Brazilian says he will make sure Baatarkhuu is out of commission before going in for the kill.

    He told the world’s largest martial arts organization:

    “Going into the rematch, I think I’ll need to be more patient. Like if I need to drop him 50 times in a fight, I really need to stay patient to drop him 50 times in the fight.”
