“I spent 91 days in complete Isolation”: Vitaly speaks up after spending 290 days in prison, gets unbanned from Kick

Controversial internet personality Vitaly Zdorovetskiy has addressed the community after spending 290 days in the Philippines prison, saying that he “spent 91 days in complete isolation.” On January 20, 2026, the content creator took to Instagram and X to break his silence after being incarcerated in the Philippines in April 2025 on charges of vandalism, unjust vexation, burglary, recording someone without their consent, and theft.

Vitaly shared a series of pictures and videos in his most recent Instagram post, and stated that he was “finally free.” While claiming that the Filipino authorities “really tried to break him,” the Kick streamer disclosed that he spent 91 days in complete isolation during his 290-day prison sentence.

Furthermore, the Russian personality announced that a documentary about his situation is “coming soon”:

“After 290 days in the Phillipines jail with rats, cockroaches, and +35 Celsius weather, I am finally free. They really tried to break me but it built me. Out of the 290 days, I spent 91 days in complete Isolation. They wanted me gone but I’m here, all glory to GOD!!! Without faith it wouldn’t be possible, thank you to everyone who had my back during these difficult times, I appreciate you… your boy is BACK!! Full documentary coming soon! ⛓️‍💥”

In one of the videos, which showed Zdorovetskiy in Russia after being deported from the Philippines, he said:

“Just landed in Russia. It’s -34 Celsius, and your boy is headed to the front lines! I’m free, baby!”

Netizens had a lot to say about Vitaly’s social media update.

“It was avoidable I am sure. Follow the rule of law and you’ll have less incidents like this.” X user @DaveTradesOpts stated.

“Hopefully the experiance has humbled you and you have become a nicer human being.” X user @tonyboyletweets commented.

“Great news man! Happy for you and wishing you success and happiness! 🙏🏼” X user @greasemeta wrote.

“No one ia trying to break you, you did a crime and got what you deserved, heck even your own country didn’t want you back, create a better humane contents bro, all other comments here just supersizing your ego and eventually getting you back in bars, be better” X user @KobePH remarked.

Vitaly has been unbanned from Kick

On the same day (January 20, 2026), Vitaly’s official Kick channel had been reinstated.

For context, the 33-year-old’s account on the Stake-backed livestreaming platform was suspended on April 2, 2025, the same day that news reports about his arrest, after he was labeled as an “undesireable foregin national for harassing Filipinos,” surfaced online.
