Founded by Kelsey Stafford, Stafford Productions LLC is more than a highlight video company. It’s a mission-driven business built on access: opening the door for all athletes to have a real shot at playing soccer at the NCAA level and beyond!
Kelsey knows the weight of that process firsthand. As a former athlete who attended Lincoln Memorial University, she originally envisioned a career in film, studying with the goal of becoming a movie editor. But it was her own recruiting journey — and later, a career-ending injury — that reshaped her path. Going through the recruiting process herself, Kelsey saw how unforgiving the process could be, especially when athletes lacked guidance or exposure.
“There has to be a better way to do this!”, Kelsey remembers thinking.
That exact question became the foundation of Stafford Productions LLC.
A Different Kind of Highlight Company
At its core, Stafford Productions LLC exists to take weight off of athletes’ shoulders. The company’s mission is simple but powerful: provide access, reduce stress, and help athletes be remembered.
While many highlight companies focus solely on clean edits and quick turnarounds, Stafford Productions LLC brings something deeper to the process — expertise, empathy, and intention. Kelsey and her team aren’t just editors; they understand soccer. They know what college and professional coaches are actually looking for, how they watch film, and what makes a player stand out within seconds.
Kelsey now runs Stafford Productions LLC alongside her husband and business partner, Julio Neto, whose experience as a national team analyst adds another layer of technical understanding. Together, they blend storytelling, strategy, and sport-specific knowledge in a way that sets their work apart.
Kelsey shared that every video is approached with one guiding question: “If this were us going through recruiting again, what would we want this video to be?”.
Built With Care, Not Just for Profit

Kelsey started the company while still in college, working part-time in sales to support herself while learning how to build something from the ground up. Navigating a male-dominated industry at a young age wasn’t always easy, but she never let outside opinions deter her. Instead, she leaned into resilience — the same resilience she developed as an athlete forced to adapt after injury.
That mindset still defines the company today! Stafford Productions LLC is intentional about connecting with every athlete they work with, understanding their goals, and honoring the trust families place in them. The videos are made with care — because Kelsey knows what it feels like to be on the other side of the screen.
Giving Athletes Room to Breathe
When asked what she hopes athletes feel when they watch their finished highlight video for the first time, Kelsey’s answer was simple: relief.
Relief that the pressure is lighter. Relief that they can shift their focus back to training, nutrition, rest, and actually playing the game they love. Relief knowing their story was told thoughtfully and with genuine care.
