    NBL contracts: Who’s locked in — and who’s up for grabs — for all 10 teams

    The 2025-26 NBL regular season is entering its final stages before the play-ins and finals begin in March. For teams no longer in contention, the off-season is already underway when it comes to reshaping their rosters.

    The NBL free agency period officially kicks off two weeks after the final game of the NBL finals, though an exact date has not yet been confirmed.

    Using last year’s free agency period as an example, the process works like this (dates are illustrative only):

    1. All club, player and mutual options must be confirmed by Monday, March 31, at 12pm AEDT

    2. Once options are taken or declined, the full list of free agents is made public on Tuesday, April 1

    3. Clubs can begin signing players from Friday, April 4, at 9am AEDT

    Teams are able to announce new signings prior to these dates, but they will not be official until the free agency window opens.

    Below is a list of over 140 players and their contract statuses, divided into three categories: Contracted, Player/Mutual/Team Option this off-season, and Free Agent.

    DP = Developmental Player

    IRP = Injury Replacement Player
