The Ice Queen is exclusive to the Winter 2026 Seasonal Banner, where she has a one in 20,000 chance of being the unit you receive. There is a cap of 20,000 summons in place, after which you are guaranteed one copy of the Ice Queen. Once you acquire the unit, the summon cap is lifted, and her original pull rate is the only way of getting additional copies.

You can perform summons on the Winter 2026 Seasonal Banner using Winter Presents, the main reward of the Winter Event. Each summon costs 150 Winter Presents, and you can farm them en masse with the right strategy in the Winter Event.

The Ice Queen’s status ailment-focused strategy makes her a great candidate for SPA-reduction Traits. Since having a high placement limit improves her damage, it may be best not to use Monarch as the first choice. Consider using Ethereal, Solar, and Blitz as the preferred Traits for this unit.

    • Water: Increases damage by 50%; applies 50% Slow for 20 seconds.

Unyielding Support gives Ice Queen abilities based on whether she is on the field or not. When not on the field, the following effects occur:

    • Follows up a randomly chosen ally’s attack with her own.
    • Her damage dealt prior to placement is equivalent to her upgrade 0 stats.
    • With her follow-ups, the targeted ally gains 50% damage bonus and 20% range bonus for 20 seconds.

When placed on the field, the following effects occur:

    • Inflicts Freeze and Absolute Zero to all enemies in range.
    • Reactivates after 60 seconds.

Lastly, the Frozen Cancellation ability allows the Ice Queen to inflict the Nullify status ailment to the attacked enemy when they are frozen for the first time. The Nullify status ailment causes the enemy to take 50% more damage. Furthermore, the Ice Queen’s damage increases by 100%, multiplied by her current placement limit.
