Top 3 Indian batters with highest T20I strike rates since 2024 World Cup

India are the favourites to win the ongoing ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026. They are looking to create history by becoming the first nation to win back-to-back T20 World Cup titles. If the Men in Blue eventually lift the trophy, they will become the first team to clinch it thrice. They are currently tied with England and the West Indies with two titles apiece.

Since their T20 World Cup triumph in 2024, India have not lost a series in the shortest format. The combination of head coach Gautam Gambhir and skipper Suryakumar Yadav has taken the team to great heights. The Asian giants started their T20 World Cup 2026 campaign with a 29-run win against the USA.

Ahead of India’s upcoming clash against Namibia on Thursday, February 12, let’s take a look at three batters with the highest T20I strike rates since the 2024 World Cup.

Shivam Dube was also a part of the Indian team which won the T20 World Cup in 2024. However, there was nothing to write home about as far as his performances were concerned. The Mumbai all-rounder, however, has produced some match-winning contributions with bat and ball ever since Gambhir took charge.

Dube has played 19 T20I innings since the last T20 World Cup and scored 347 runs at an average of 24.78. While these numbers are decent, what stands out is his exceptional strike rate of 174.37. He will look to play a key role for India with the bat and ball in the ongoing tournament.
