The 2026 Daytona 500 set a record with 26 different leaders over the course of the race, but it was 2025 runner-up Tyler Reddick who took advantage of a late wreck to take his first lead on the final lap and win the 68th edition of the race.
The win was Reddick’s ninth-career on the Cup Series since his debut in NASCAR’s top division in 2019, and the first for his team co-owned by Denny Hamlin and Michael Jordan.
