Jena Sims shared a sweet family moment from a recent visit to a physiotherapy clinic, posting photos of her son, Crew, during what appeared to be a routine checkup. The update came through her Instagram Stories and showed the toddler calmly lying on a treatment table while being examined.
In the pictures, Crew is seen with physiotherapist Hamish Dickie, who is known for working with professional athletes. One photo shows him on his back while Dickie checks his legs, and another shows him lying face-down on the table.
Thanks for the submission!
Sims kept the tone light and humorous, writing
“@dickiehamish just put it on the tab,” on one image and adding, “POV your dad is an athlete,” on the other, a playful reference to her husband Brooks Koepka’s career.

While Sims was sharing the family update, Koepka has been preparing for a busy run of tournaments on the PGA Tour.
His next start is expected to come at the Cognizant Classic in the Palm Beaches, which will mark his third event of the 2026 season as the Tour’s Florida swing begins. He previously competed at the Farmers Insurance Open, where he made the cut, and at the WM Phoenix Open, where he missed the weekend after struggling on the greens.
Koepka is also set to tee it up at the Texas Children’s Houston Open at Memorial Park Golf Course from March 26 to 29, two weeks before The Masters. Defending champion Min Woo Lee is scheduled to return, along with a strong field that includes Gary Woodland, Si Woo Kim, Rickie Fowler, Sungjae Im, Chris Gotterup and Will Zalatoris.
The five-time major champion officially returned to the PGA Tour in January after his time with LIV Golf.
He admitted to feeling anxious about how fans would react at Torrey Pines but the reception was largely supportive. Jena Sims has been present at his events so far this season and has continued to show support as he builds momentum ahead of the year’s first major.
Inside Jena Sims and Brooks Koepka’s journey into parenthood
Jena Sims and Brooks Koepka welcomed their son Crew in July 2023 starting a new phase in their lives together.
Even before becoming parents they had talked about how they wanted to raise their future children. In a 2024 interview with Little Words Project founder Adriana Carrig, Sims said discipline was one of the biggest values they hoped to teach. She explained that to her discipline meant staying on schedule, working hard and being consistent day after day.
“When I was training for Sports Illustrated [Swimsuit], I would literally get up every single day—before Crew got up—and just work out,” Sims said. (via SI.com)
The couple’s story goes back to 2015 when Sims sent Koepka a message on Instagram. They first met at the Masters that year but did not begin dating until 2017. They married on June 4, 2022 in a beach ceremony in Turks and Caicos.
Crew was born the following year, but the arrival came earlier than expected. He was delivered about six weeks premature, and Jena Sims had to undergo a C-section. The newborn spent time in intensive care before eventually going home healthy. The family is now preparing to celebrate his third birthday this July.
