Bobby Lashley has been dealing with a serious injury for the past few months. The former WWE star is expected to make his return to the company down the line, but he has been pretty active on his social media lately. Recently, The All Mighty shared a message to a former WWE champion amid his time off.
The AEW star sent a message to the former WWE Intercontinental Champion Shelton Benjamin on Instagram. The Hurt Syndicate has been out of action for the past few weeks. Lashley sustained an injury during his match at Full Gear last year. Meanwhile, Shelton Benjamin lost his Continental Title contender match to Jon Moxley last month, also putting him out of action since then. Amid the hiatus, Benjamin shared a gym post on his Instagram following a workout.
In the comment section, Lashley expressed appreciation for his tag team partner with a positive comment. The Gold Standard hit back at the former WWE Champion with a like.
“Let’s go my brotha,” wrote Bobby.

Bobby Lashley expressed praise for Will Ospreay
Bobby Lashley recently talked about the current roster of AEW. He gave his insights on the current landscape of the scene, while revealing his favorite talent in the company right now. The All Mighty named Will Ospreay as someone who is an impressive name in the Jacksonville-based promotion right now.
Speaking on Mega Powers, Bobby Lashley said that Ospreay checks all the boxes to be a big star in any company all over the globe. The former WWE Champion added that The Ariel Assassin is respectful behind the scenes with everybody, which makes him a very lovable name in the company.
“Will Ospreay really, and it’s not just because it’s y’all, he’s a- unless there’s something else that I don’t know, my interaction with him, and I’ve seen how he does stuff, very respectful, and that’s why people get behind him. Think of how big of a star you can make him. Think of how f****ing big of a star you can make him. He checks all the boxes, even on other places that may not say, that’s the guy,” said Lashley.
Ospreay is also currently out of action from All Elite Wrestling. However, the company has teased his comeback, and he is expected to make his return down the line. It will be interesting to see if Bobby Lashley would be able to cross paths with Ospreay in AEW this year.
