This week’s AEW Dynamite is set to be a key stop ahead of the Revolution pay-per-view. The show will take place at the Don Haskins Center in El Paso, Texas, and Tony Khan has announced a stacked lineup of stars for the show. Apart from that, All Elite Wrestling has advertised a strong card for the event, which heavily boosts fans’ expectations from the show.
Both world titles are set to be on the line tonight in El Paso. Kevin Knight will challenge MJF for the AEW World Championship; meanwhile, Thekla will have her first title defense against Thunder Rosa. Moreover, former World Champions Hangman Page, Jon Moxley, and Jamie Hayter are also set to compete in a high-stakes match tonight on Dynamite.
Let’s discuss 3 bold predictions for this week’s AEW Dynamite:
#3. MJF to destroy Kevin Knight
MJF has been on a roll in All Elite Wrestling over the course of past few months. He is set to take on rising star Kevin Knight in an AEW World Championship match. But Maxwell Jacob Friedman has a huge match-up coming at Revolution against Hangman Page. Therefore, he is expected to squash Knight tonight on Dynamite. But things might escalate further following the match.
After the end of the showdown, Friedman could unleash a brutal attack on Knight to state Hangman ahead of Revolution. The Salt of the Earth could ambush the JetSpeed member with multiple chair shots in the middle of the ring to take out Kevin. However, Hangman Page could come out to save his buddy from his Revolution opponent. Such an angle could make things much more personal between MJF and Page.
#2. IInspiration to pull off a massive upset on AEW Dynamite
IInspiration recently joined AEW during the company’s recent Australian tour. Now, Jessie McKay and Cassie Lee will make their in-ring debut in All Elite Wrestling tonight on Dynamite against The Brawling Birds. The team of Alex Windsor and Jamie Hayter has been making a buzz in All Elite Wrestling for the past few weeks. But tonight, Tony Khan might shock the world with a massive upset.
IInspiration is a pretty popular tag team in pro-wrestling due to their background in TNA and WWE. All Elite Wrestling needs a boost in their tag team division, and IInspiration could just be that. Meanwhile, Hayter and Windsor are better off as a singles stars. Therefore, Tony Khan might introduce a rift between the two by handing them a defeat tonight against the former WWE stars.
#1. Konosuke Takeshita to take out Jon Moxley
Jon Moxley will be in action against Hechicero tonight on Dynamite. Over the past few weeks, Moxley has been feuding with The Don Callis Family in All Elite Wrestling. The Purveyor of Violence will defend his Continental Title against Konosuke Takeshita at Revolution. Therefore, fans might witness a massive development in that feud tonight in El Paso.
Following Moxley’s match, Takeshita could take out the Death Riders leader with a wild attack. The Japanese star, alongside Don Callis Family could try to weaken Jon Moxley ahead of Revolution. They could even ambush the members of the Death Riders to hurt Moxley mentally. Such an angle could be a compelling build for the Moxley vs. Takeshita match later this month.
