    Bizarre situation emerges as WWE seemingly has no plans for 41-year-old star despite huge Danhausen push – Reports

    WWE has very clear plans in place for Danhausen, as one would expect when it comes to a newly-debuting superstar. A new report has emerged showing that WWE seemingly has no plans in place for a 41-year-old name.

    That name is none other than Royce Keys, fka Powerhouse Hobbs in AEW. He made his explosive WWE debut at the 2026 Royal Rumble in Saudi Arabia, but since then, there has been radio silence. He appeared on the What’s Your Story? podcast with Stephanie McMahon, where WWE fans got an insight into his rough upbringing and past, and how he made it to the big time.

    As per a report from Fightful Select, it was reported that the entire situation with Royce Keys is “puzzling” as WWE normally has plans for superstars whom they bring in. Even with somebody like Ricky Saints, who showed up immediately after his AEW release, things were figured out on a weekly basis. For Royce Keys, it seems like, as of now, there are no plans in place.

    One can only hope that he is being held back so he can debut after WrestleMania 42.

    Another WWE star has been placed under Danhausen’s curse

    Danhausen found himself backstage again on Monday Night RAW. This time, there was no list of demands, nor were there any interactions with an authority figure.

    Instead, he crossed paths with El Grande Americano, the original version, who was all set to go out to face Penta in a huge title match on RAW. Penta had just won the Intercontinental Championship a week prior. While El Grande was all ready, he interacted with Danhausen and was quite dismissive of him, which is what led to him hitting his second curse. Last week on RAW, he cursed Dominik Mysterio, who ended up losing his Intercontinental Title to Penta.

    The effects of his curse were immediate, as when Penta was ready to face El Grande Americano, it was the second version that came out, and not the original. Of course, it could also have been due to the fact that Rayo and Bravo Americano were peeping in the background during the Danhausen interaction, but it could also just be a curse of sorts.

    Either way, it’s going to be interesting to see who else gets the curse and how it affects them.
