One of Jon Moxley’s closest allies has sent a terrifying warning to her rival, one of AEW’s top stars and former champions. The star in question, Marina Shafir, will be taking on the latter, Toni Storm, this coming Sunday.
Some time earlier, the Moldovan grappler called out the Timeless One to a one-on-one showdown to settle their several-months-long rivalry once and for all. Last Saturday, Marina attacked the former AEW Women’s World Champion during her tag team bout against MegaBad, costing the Timeless Love Bombs the matchup. In the aftermath, Storm laid out a challenge to Shafir, inviting her to a singles battle at Revolution 2026 with everyone banned from ringside.
On the latest episode of AEW Collision, Marina sent her final message to Toni Storm ahead of the upcoming pay-per-view. She recalled asking the “Illustrious” superstar for her advice years ago, and revealed that the latter’s guidance had actually helped her career. However, Shafir pointed out that now the two are on a collision course, stating:
“Years ago, Toni, I asked you for some advice, and you said, ‘Marina, stay in your lane, do what you do, don’t change a thing.’ And that was some sound advice coming from someone who ended up going bat-s*** crazy. But hey, I listened, and it worked. But now, you’re veering into my lane, and it sounds like someone’s gotten high off their own supply, and they can’t take their own advice, so that’s left me no choice.”

The Problem proceeded to deliver a chilling warning to Storm, claiming that their imminent clash would leave her scarred and unrecognizable to her fans, friends and even to her family.
“Toni, you’re driving into violent, dangerous, relentless territory, and I don’t care who or what you’ve become, but because of your advice, I am now one of one. There’s no one in professional wrestling who can do what I do. I fear no one, and I violate everyone. Hollywood may be your home, your decision to veer into my lane is going to cause a car crash so obscene that your lovers, butlers and fans will not recognise you. Your own mother will not be able to identify you. But hey, thanks for the advice.”
It remains to be seen whether Marina will be able to defeat “Timeless” Toni this Sunday.
Marina Shafir’s teammate also has a match at AEW Revolution
For the past several weeks, Jon Moxley has been embroiled in a feud with Konosuke Takeshita, which also sparked off an ongoing war between the Death Riders and the Don Callis Family. The Alpha actually beat The One True King in their 2025 Continental Classic bout, and the latter was only able to retain his title at Grand Slam Australia because the two men had wrestled to a time limit draw. To finally settle the score, Mox and Takeshita will square off over the AEW Continental Championship once again at Revolution 2026 in a matchup without any time limits.
Whether the Japanese phenomenon will keep his word and fight Moxley without any help from the Callis Family remains to be seen.
