    Sailor Piece Rune tier list

Sailor Piece introduced Runes as pieces of equipment that you can collect for a variety of passive effects. These items are build enhancers rather than build-defining items, making them one of the last things to pursue during build-crafting. Even so, the bonuses they offer can be nifty, massively improving your stats and making you more effective in PvP and PvE content alike.

This article ranks all Runes in the game to help you understand which of them are worth pursuing.

    S-Tier

The S-Tier Runes are the best of the best, offering high stat bonuses without any drawbacks or catches to speak of. These are no-brainers that serve every build well, and you won’t need anything else once you equip them. Stat-stick-type builds massively benefit from the options in the following table.

    Rune

    Rarity

    Effect

    Notes

    Havoc

    Mythical

    +82%-55% Damage

Very high damage increase that apply to all of your damage sources.

    Wrath

    Mythical

    +40%-59% Damage

High damage increase applies to all of your damage sources.

Build-crafting starts at picking the right race. Find out which of them to pick by referring to the Sailor Piece Race tier list.

    A-Tier

The A-Tier includes good options that follow the trend set by the S-Tier, albeit with smaller numbers. The only thing separating these from the S-Tier options is the numerical deficit. As such, they can be good alternatives to settle on if your build requires them.

    Rune

    Rarity

    Effect

    Notes

    Destruction

    Legendary

    +25%-37% Damage

Good damage bonuses but not as high as the other Runes.

    Frost

    Legendary

    +30%-44% Impact Damage

    2-3 second Freeze

Damage increase with Freeze effect for utility.

    B-Tier

The B-Tier features options that are either niche or simply not as useful as those listed in the previous two tiers. They are fine enough in standard gameplay, but for endgame content, the cracks start to appear in their effectivenesses. The specificity of these options is what keeps them from joining their counterparts in the higher tiers.

    Rune

    Rarity

    Effect

    Notes

    Fortune

    Mythical

    +10%-15% Luck

Improves Luck decently. Useful for farming.

    Inferno

    Mythical

    +70%-104% Burn Damage (4-second duration)

High Burn damage application over four seconds. Best suited for burn-focused builds.

    Blood

    Mythical

    +65%-97% Bleed Damage (5-second duration)

High Bleed damage that runs its course over five seconds. Best suited for bleed-focused builds.

    C-Tier

Unfortunately, tank-style builds are simply not very effective in this game. Tank builds lack the tools to deal reliable amounts of damage, and their HP pools are shredded by endgame DPS-focused builds with ease. As such, the additional HP and Damage Reduction merely serves to prolong the inevitable, making them not particularly good at any role.

    Rune

    Rarity

    Effect

    Notes

    Guardian

    Epic

    +39%-59% Max HP

The Max HP increase suitable for tank-style builds.

    Suppression

    Rare

    +10%-15% Damage Reduction

Decent damage reduction for tank-style builds, but not very effective on its own for other builds.
