LSU’s Flau’jae Johnson drops 2-word hyped reaction as ex-Iowa State star Jada Williams commits to Kim Mulkey’s Tigers

Flau’jae Johnson is set to leave LSU to enter the WNBA draft after four years with the program. However, she is still excited for the Tigers’ future under Kim Mulkey’s leadership.

On Sunday, Jada Williams announced her commitment to LSU on Instagram after leaving Iowa State, and Johnson hyped the move.

“LETS GOOOO,” Johnson commented on Williams’ IG post.

Williams began her collegiate career at Arizona in 2023. She played two years with the Wildcats before transferring to Iowa State in 2025.

In her first year with the Cyclones, Williams averaged 15.3 points, 7.7 assists and 3.5 rebounds per game, earning her First-Team All-Big 12 honors. Williams ranked No. 3 in assists in the NCAA last season.

Flau’jae Johnson projected as a top-tier prospect in 2026 WNBA draft

Flau’jae Johnson is projected as a Top 5 pick in the WNBA draft, which is on Monday. She played her entire four-year college career at LSU.

Johnson helped the Tigers win the national championship in her first year with the program. She also won the Southeastern Conference Freshman of the Year award.

Johnson was named to the first-team All-SEC in her final two seasons with the Tigers. She was named to the second-team All-SEC in 2024.

In her final year at LSU, Johnson averaged 14.2 points, 4.2 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game, earning a spot in the John R. Wooden All-America Team.
