    Sheamus Makes Another Change Major Following WWE Exit

    Sheamus has made another massive change to his branding. The former three-time WWE Champion Sheamus officially confirmed his departure from the Stamford-based promotion last month.

    The real-life Stephen Farrelly changed his display names on X (Formerly Twitter) and Instagram to S. Farrelly. He also altered his handles and his bio on the social media platforms.

    Sheamus has now made another change. Earlier today, the 48-year-old rebranded his YouTube channel, having 1.21 million subscribers, from Celtic Warrior Workouts to S. Farrelly Workouts. He further announced a new series on the channel titled Brave Change.

    The Celtic Warrior had been away from WWE programming before his sudden departure from the company. He suffered a shoulder injury right before his quarterfinal match in the Last Time Is Now Tournament in November 2025, and he had to undergo surgery.

    Sheamus commented on his potential retirement from professional wrestling

    During his appearance on an episode of RAW Recap in November 2025, Sheamus answered a question regarding his retirement from professional wrestling.

    The former World Heavyweight Champion stated that he still had great intensity and felt like he was only getting started. He further recalled his recent match against JD McDonagh and noted that he would retire from professional wrestling the day he could no longer give his everything.

    “I think it’s the intensity that’s something that I’ve always leaned into, and that’s really what sets me apart. I feel like that’s why I’m still in the game. You know, people talk about John Cena retiring, and I think he’s like a year older than me, and I feel like I’m just getting started. Last week, I was in there with JD [McDonagh], man, and just ripping it up… The day I don’t go out there and give 100% or give it everything that I possibly have every single match—I don’t care if it’s RAW, SmackDown, NXT, or if it’s Main Event that they tape before the show—I won’t go out there and not give everything I have in every single match, and especially with my neck,” he said.

    Only time will tell what the future holds for the Irish star following his departure from the Stamford-based wrestling promotion.
