Apple fans will have to wait a few more months before the iPhone 17 is released, but recent leaks have given a glimpse as to what consumers can expect.
While Apple has been great at keeping a close lid on details when it comes to their products, that isn’t the case with the upcoming release of their new phone.

Photos on X show the metal “dummy models’ of what the camera on the iPhone 17 might look like. Each metal model has a slightly different design: one was vertical with two lenses and the other three had rectangular bars, with one or three lenses.
The models also vary in size, as one looked noticeably thinner – signalling that it could perhaps be the iPhone Air. Its design will no doubt be welcome for people who aren’t fans of putting big phones into their pockets.
The Air is set to replace the iPhone Pro model and will reportedly be super thin, measuring in at just 0.2 inches wide and very light. Forbes reports it may have an Action Button rather than the Ring/Mute slider.
New iPhone 17 will cost you
While fans will have to wait before the presale for the latest model begins, Tech Radar is already reporting that the latest phone might have one of the most expensive models ever.
While it is unknown which model that will be, the belief is that the Air will be the most affordable.
As with most leaks online, there was plenty of chatter on social media about the new design.
“There is no way a human being could like this camera design,” one person wrote.
Another added: “I’m not sure who Apple is making iPhones for anymore.
A third wrote: “Hate the camera bump.”
Some fans even discussed the release of the iPhone 18, though that lineup is scheduled to hit stores shelves for another 18 months.
