  • Patrick Mahomes and Brittany take a 'break' and take separate chances for some downtime

Patrick Mahomes and Brittany take a 'break' and take separate chances for some downtime

Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Mahomes are spending some rare time apart from one another during the off-season.

Brittany recently shared an Instagram Story captioned ‘the good’ in which she seemed to be stacking extra supplies of breast milk in the fridge for whoever will be looking after Golden Raye, the baby who was born in January this year.

Her friend Cassidy Kay has been getting married and Brittany was firmly involved with the wedding, as shown by various interactions she has been having on social media recently.

Whilst Brittany was off in Mexico celebrating her friend’s wedding, Patrick reconnected with Kansas City Chiefs teammate Travis Kelce after their Super Bowl LIX defeat at the hands of the Philadelphia Eagles earlier this year.

They went to North Carolina’s Pinehurst Resort for some downtime together.

Amidst all of this, many fans have been wondering if Brittany and Taylor Swift have fallen out, with minimal public interaction between the two.

    Potential NFL wag drama

Swift did acknowledge Brittany‘s baby announcement with a quiet Instagram like back in January, but there’s been radio silence since-not even a comment for Sterling’s birthday earlier this month. Instead, Taylor has been making noise elsewhere-especially when it comes to Selena Gomez.

On March 22, Taylor took to Instagram to show major love for Gomez‘s new albumI Said I Love You First, which also marked the first big project with her fianc, Benny Blanco. “I LOVE THIS ALBUM SO MUCH OH MY GODDDDDDDDDDDD,” Taylor wrote, tagging the couple and linking to the album.

It’s not just a typical shoutout. The excitement, the caps-lock energy-it all signals something more personal. Taylor and Selena go way back, and though they’ve spent less public time together in recent years, their bond seems as solid as ever.

  • Tom Brady shows shocking hand damage after 23 NFL seasons

Tom Brady shows shocking hand damage after 23 NFL seasons

Tom Brady‘s astonishing longevity in the NFL was no accident, but the toll of 23 seasons in one of the most brutal sports on the planet has left visible scars. During a casual YouTube video with social media chef Nick DiGiovanni, the seven-time Super Bowl champion offered a rare glimpse at the damage his throwing hand has endured over the years.

As the pair took part in a cooking challenge, Brady‘s ability to handle hot waffles straight from the iron sparked curiosity. When DiGiovanni jokingly mentioned “chef hands,” Brady revealed something far more severe.

    A Career Written in Scars

Brady displayed his right middle finger, emphasizing its inability to fully straighten. “See that finger?” he noted. “Can’t even bend that finger anymore. Torn ligament.” It’s just one of the numerous injuries the former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback has sustained over his illustrious career.

Throughout his time on the field, Brady endured various hand injuries, including multiple torn ligaments, a broken ring finger, and a deep cut across his palm.

One particularly severe incident occurred before the AFC Championship Game in the 2016 season, when his hand collided with teammate Rex Burkhead’s helmet buckle during practice. Despite requiring stitches, Brady powered through the pain and led the Patriots to an epic comeback victory against the Atlanta Falcons in Super Bowl LI.

Despite these brutal injuries, Brady‘s durability has been nothing short of remarkable. The only significant injury that kept him off the field for a prolonged period was a torn ACL in Week 1 of the 2008 season. Apart from that, he missed only 19 games throughout his career-four of which were due to the notorious “Deflategate” suspension.

    The Cost of Greatness

Brady‘s revelation underscores the harsh reality of playing football at the highest level for more than two decades. His hands, marred by years of punishing battles, are a testament to the sacrifices he made for his sport.

While his career will always be remembered for his championships, records, and incredible resilience, the lasting damage to his body serves as a sobering reminder of the physical toll that even the greatest of all time cannot escape.

Now retired, Brady‘s hands may no longer be gripping footballs on Sundays, but their condition is a lasting symbol of his unparalleled dedication to the game.

TikToker claims to have been sexually assaulted by Impractical Jokers star Joe Gatto

TikTok user joozyb has claimed that Impractical Jokers star Joe Gatto sexually assaulted her in 2023 when she was 19 years old.

In a video that was posted on March 20, joozyb said: “I got sexually assaulted by Joe Gatto, the Impractical Joker.”

In another video, she explained how she met the comedian when he was performing in Milwaukee in September 2023 and they saw him at a restaurant and asked for a photograph.

Later in the day, she messaged the 48-year-old Gatto on Instagram to see if she could get a free ticket to his comedy show. He gifted her two tickets and two meet-and-greet tickets to his Milwaukee show.

Having attended the show alone, she took a picture with him at the end and went home. When drunk with her roommate that night, Gatto began messaging her. “I was drunk, whatever, and he was texting me all this stuff. And, like, it was starting to get a little weird, you know,” the TikTok user claimed in the video.

    Arriving at the hotel

She then alleged that he gave her instructions on how to get to his hotel. Upon arrival, she said, “Somebody led me to the elevator, and somebody was on the elevator with me and pressed the button.”

After saying that ‘some stuff happened’, she showed an image from the hotel that shows her leaving at 2:26am on September 9.

As she concluded the video, she said: “I’ve been wanting to tell people this for so long. I’ve like, tried in different ways, but it’s hard with somebody this big, [I] come to the realization that if I do say something, that I’m really saying something.”

She later uploaded another TikTok which was just an image of a bruised buttock and the caption: “Yes he did S.A me. yes he had JUST gotten back together with his wife. I’m sorry you guys don’t want to hear it but…”

There has been no comment from Gatto to any media yet on the allegations.

  • Stephen Curry has some good advice for Draymond Green after copying and smoothing out his iconic celebration

Stephen Curry has some good advice for Draymond Green after copying and smoothing out his iconic celebration

Stephen Curry‘s ‘night-night’ gesture has taken the league by storm. Since introducing it during the 2022 NBA Playoffs, Curry‘s iconic move-resting his head on his hands as if going to sleep-has become a global sensation. Even international stars such as Lionel Messi have mimicked the celebration on the soccer field.

Now, one of Curry‘s own teammates has given it a go, and the results have sparked plenty of conversation. During the Golden State Warriors‘ 97-94 victory over the New York Knicks, Draymond Green had his moment to shine.

With under 30 seconds left in the game, Green delivered a clutch basket, putting the Warriors up by six points. As the Chase Center crowd erupted in cheers, Green confidently pulled out his version of the ‘night-night’ celebration-a moment that was both entertaining and, as Curry would later describe, much improved from his previous attempts.

Steph Curry evaluates Green’s take on his famous move

Following the game, Curry was asked about Green’s version of his signature move during the post-game press conference. The four-time NBA champion had plenty to say about his teammate’s execution.

“I did know he’s evolved his version of it since the Minnesota game earlier in the year. He’s softened it a little bit,” Curry noted.

Curry was referring to an earlier instance on December 8 when Green attempted the ‘night-night’ celebration after sealing a victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves with a late-game dunk over Rudy Gobert.

However, his overly aggressive take on the move-complete with a dramatic sprint down the court-quickly became the subject of online memes. Even in the Warriors‘ locker room, Moses Moody jokingly dubbed it ‘the nightmare’ rather than ‘night-night’ because of how exaggerated it looked.

This time, however, Curry acknowledged that Green had toned it down, keeping it closer to the original.

“He’s brought it down to where a pillow is supposed to really be. I realized he does everything aggressive and with his whole body, so I’m giving that a solid A- effort on the ‘night-night’ tonight. That was beautiful,” Curry added with a smile.

  • Donald Trump's special complicit relationship with daughter-in-law Lara

Donald Trump's special complicit relationship with daughter-in-law Lara

Lara Trump has made a strong return to the media landscape with the debut of her Fox News opinion show, My View with Lara Trump. The show, which premiered on February 22, has already gained significant attention, with her father-in-law, President Donald Trump, among her most enthusiastic supporters.

Speaking with USA TODAY, Lara Trump shared insights into her new role, her goals for the show, and the possibility of securing a high-profile interview with President Trump himself.

With her focus on creating engaging discussions and reaching a wide audience, she is quickly making her mark in conservative media.

    Trump has been supportive

As Lara settles into her hosting role, she has big plans for the show’s evolution. She revealed that President Trump has been highly supportive, offering words of encouragement and even calling her to praise her performance-although she humorously admitted to missing two of his calls due to a dead phone and being on a plane.

“The president thought the first episode was amazing,” Lara said. “He has been my biggest cheerleader.”

While President Trump has suggested that his appearance would skyrocket the show’s audience, Lara has focused on building her credibility as a host first before inviting him on.

“Of course, he told me that the only way that I was going to get a huge audience is if I had him on,” she laughed. “I don’t want to say I’ve proven him wrong, but when he comes on, I guess the audience will be even bigger.”

Looking ahead, Lara wants to expand the range of voices featured on My View. She expressed a desire to interview her family, saying that a segment with the entire Trump family would provide a unique opportunity to showcase their dynamic behind the scenes.

“I actually would love to do an interview with my whole family,” she said. “It would be a unique opportunity to showcase how we all interact with each other. We all get along so well.”

One of the biggest questions surrounding Lara‘s show is when, or if, former President Trump will appear. While she confirmed that nothing is officially scheduled, she hinted that an interview with the former president could happen after his 100th day back in office.

“I really wanted to establish myself in this position before having him on,” she explained. “We don’t have anything officially planned, but I’d love to have him on then.”

  • Parent PLUS Loans Application: Here are the steps you need to follow

Parent PLUS Loans Application: Here are the steps you need to follow

The Parent PLUS Loan is a federal loan designed to help parents cover the cost of their child’s undergraduate education when other financial aid falls short. Offered by the U.S. Department of Education, this loan allows parents of dependent students to borrow funds to pay for tuition, housing, and other college expenses.

How to apply for Parent PLUS Loan

To apply successfully, parents must complete several steps, starting with the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Before applying for a Parent PLUS Loan, the student must have a FAFSA on file, as this form determines eligibility for federal student aid and ensures that all other funding options have been considered.

Once the FAFSA is submitted, the next step is for the parent to create or retrieve their Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID. This unique login allows access to federal loan applications and ensures secure processing. Parents must use their own FSA ID, separate from their child’s, to complete the application. The application process itself takes place on the Federal Student Aid website at studentaid.gov.

After logging in, parents should navigate to the Direct PLUS Loan Application for Parents section, where they will provide details about themselves, their child, and the loan amount requested. The application also requires a credit check to determine eligibility.

If approved, parents will move on to the next step, while those denied may have the option to appeal the decision or secure an endorser.

Following approval, the parent must sign a Master Promissory Note (MPN), a legal document outlining the terms of the loan and repayment responsibilities. Signing this agreement confirms that the borrower understands their obligations.

Once the MPN is signed, the school will disburse the loan funds directly to cover tuition and other institutional costs. If there are remaining funds after tuition is paid, the school will refund the excess amount to the parent or student, depending on the disbursement preference chosen during the application process.

    When does repayment begin?

Repayment on Parent PLUS Loans begins immediately, but parents can request a deferment while their child is enrolled at least half-time. Loan repayment options vary, with standard, graduated and extended plans available to fit different financial situations.

  • John Goodman seriously injured on set of new Tom Cruise film

John Goodman seriously injured on set of new Tom Cruise film

Production on Tom Cruise‘s highly anticipated movie has hit a significant roadblock following a serious injury suffered by John Goodman. The 72-year-old actor reportedly sustained pelvic and leg injuries, resulting in an abrupt halt in filming and potentially causing millions of dollars in delays.

According to reports, Goodman was immediately rushed to the hospital for medical attention, throwing the set into chaos as the production team scrambled to assess the impact of his absence.

With Goodman playing a pivotal role in the film, the setback could lead to extensive rescheduling and financial losses as he recovers.

    Production delays could cost millions

The movie, currently working under the title “Judy,” is directed by Oscar-winning filmmaker Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu and features Cruise in the lead role as a megalomaniac determined to save humanity.

The cast also includes Jesse Plemons, Riz Ahmed and Goodman. However, with such a high-profile project already on a tight production schedule, Goodman‘s injury poses a significant challenge to keeping things on track.

An industry insider shared insights into the situation, emphasizing that while actors like Goodman enjoy taking part in elaborate stunts, accidents can still happen even with strict safety measures in place.

“The actor is renowned for loving spectacular stunts, which obviously involve some element of danger and the risk of injury-though they always strive to keep any risk to an absolute minimum,” the source told RadarOnline.com.

“This incident won’t just be alarming in terms of having someone so famous suffer such a major injury. It will also prove costly on a project that has already cost millions and is on a very tight schedule.”

While Goodman‘s injury has thrown this production into disarray, the film’s leading man, Tom Cruise, is no stranger to high-risk action scenes. Known for his daredevil stunts, Cruise has a long history of pushing the boundaries of physical endurance in his films.

  • Matthew Stafford's wife Kelly reveals severe after-effects of brain tumor: I have never been the same

Matthew Stafford's wife Kelly reveals severe after-effects of brain tumor: I have never been the same

Kelly Stafford‘s biggest battle came in 2019, when she was diagnosed with a benign acoustic neuroma, a rare brain tumor affecting balance and hearing.

She first noticed symptoms while playing with her daughters, recalling how the room suddenly started spinning after performing a simple forward roll.

“I was trying to teach my girls the front roll… and the room just started spinning,” she recounted.

As her vertigo spells worsened, she had a terrifying episode while holding Hunter, forcing her to throw the baby to Matthew before collapsing. Concerned, Matthew urged her to see a doctor, which led to the discovery of the tumor.

In April 2019, Kelly underwent a grueling 12-hour surgery to remove it. The procedure saved her life, but it came with lasting effects.

“I have never been the same… My balance is still off. My brain has to relearn how to balance using just one side. Part of my hearing is gone on my right side,” she admitted.

Despite the physical setbacks, she remains grateful that the surgery didn’t affect her sense of taste or smell-a relief for someone who loves food.

    Stafford’s uncertain future

While Kelly has been thriving personally and professionally, Matthew Stafford‘s NFL future has been uncertain in recent weeks. Rumors of a possible trade from the Los Angeles Rams surfaced, with both his camp and the team leaking reports to gain leverage in contract negotiations.

However, those rumors were put to rest as Stafford and the Rams restructured his deal, ensuring he will remain in Los Angeles for at least the 2025 season.

Kelly met Matthew while they were both at Georgia University (2006-2008)-he was the starting QB, and she was a cheerleader. Coming from a football family-her brother Chad Hall played in the NFL and is now the New York Giants‘ assistant QB coach-she always understood the demands of the sport.

  • Emmanuel Acho 'puts out' Travis Kelce flame with tough advice to Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes

Emmanuel Acho 'puts out' Travis Kelce flame with tough advice to Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes

Former Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Emmanuel Acho has suggested that Kansas City Chiefs needs to change its plans if it is to snatch back the Super Bowl next season.

The Chiefs were on the cusp of history last month as they came into the Super Bowl against the Eagles, knowing that a win would make them the first team to ever win three Super Bowls in a row.

The Eagles won handsomely and the Chiefs have been licking their wounds since, which much of the focus on whether Kelce will retire and if Andy Reid will step away from his post.

Neither of those two things has ended up happening, but Acho thinks that some reflection is still needed if they are to avoid making the same mistakes.

Travis Kelce needs to be the icing, not the cake. Let’s build a team that can win a Super Bowl without Travis Kelce and be glad that we have Travis Kelce,” Acho said on FS1’s ‘The Facility’.

“We need to stop depending on Kelce to go for 10-plus touchdowns. I don’t want to depend on him to beat man coverage anymore, because the tape suggested he’s not as good doing that at 35, 36 as he was at 25, 26. And that’s fair. I don’t think the Chiefs should still depend on Kelce to be that guy,” he added.

    Kelce is sticking around

Despite so much speculation, Kelce will be sticking with the Chiefs for another season and he recently explained his decision on the New Heights Podcast.

“I think the biggest thing is that I f-king love playing the game of football,” Kelce said. “I still feel like I can play at a high level and possibly at a higher level than I did last year. I don’t think it was my best outing. I think I let my guys down in a lot more moments than I helped them.

“Especially if you look at my track record and how I’ve been in years past. I want to give it a good run. I have a bad taste in my mouth in how I ended the year and how well I was playing and how accountable I was for the people around me. And I love so many people in Kansas City, both in that facility and in the community, and it’s home for me.

“I don’t want leave that life yet. I’ve put on a lot of hard work and a lot of focus into being the best that I can for KC. Last year, it didn’t end well for us and I feel like there is a responsibility in me to play out the contract I initially signed to give Kansas City and the Chiefs organization everything I’ve got and that’s what I’m gonna do, man.”

  • When will the Social Security Fairness Act be implemented? Here's when benefits increases for millions of Americans

When will the Social Security Fairness Act be implemented? Here's when benefits increases for millions of Americans

Millions of Americans will soon see their Social Security benefits increase as the Social Security Fairness Act, signed into law on January 5, 2024, is being implemented faster than initially planned.

The new law eliminates the Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP) and the Government Pension Offset (GPO)-two rules that previously reduced benefits for individuals receiving pensions from non-covered employment.

According to the Social Security Administration (SSA), more than 3.2 million beneficiaries will receive one-time retroactive lump sums and higher monthly benefits, with payments starting in February and continuing through March.

The agency had originally estimated it could take over a year to process these changes, but it has since announced an accelerated timeline that will ensure most recipients see their increases by April 2024.

    How Soon Will Payments Arrive?

The Social Security Administration released an updated payment schedule, confirming that:

    • Retroactive payments will begin arriving in February, covering benefits owed since January 2024.
    • Most beneficiaries will receive their lump-sum payments by the end of March.
    • Increased monthly benefit amounts will begin in April 2024.

“The agency’s original estimate of taking a year or more now will only apply to complex cases that cannot be processed by automation,” said Lee Dudek, Acting Commissioner of Social Security. “The American people deserve to get their due benefits as quickly as possible.”

This means that while most beneficiaries will see their payments soon, those with complicated cases requiring manual processing may experience delays.

Who Will Benefit From the New Law?

The Social Security Fairness Act primarily affects public sector workers who previously had their benefits reduced due to WEP or GPO, including teachers, police officers, firefighters, federal employees under the Civil Service Retirement System and workers with foreign Social Security pensions.

For those impacted, this legislation brings significant financial relief, ensuring they receive the full Social Security benefits they were previously denied.

    What Should Beneficiaries Expect?

    • Direct Deposits: Retroactive payments will be automatically deposited into beneficiaries’ bank accounts on file with the SSA.
    • Mailed Notices: All affected individuals will receive a letter by mail detailing their new benefit amount and any back pay they are owed. These notices will arrive approximately two to three weeks after the lump-sum payments.
    • No Action Required: Beneficiaries do not need to apply for these payments-the SSA will process them automatically.
    • The SSA has advised recipients to wait until April before calling with inquiries about their payments, as processing will continue through March.

    What’s Next?

As the Social Security Fairness Act takes effect, millions of Americans will see long-overdue benefit adjustments, correcting decades of reduced payments caused by outdated provisions.

The SSA has committed to expediting the process, ensuring those affected receive their full benefits as soon as possible. For official updates and more details, beneficiaries can visit the SSA’s Social Security Fairness Act webpage and subscribe to alerts.

With a faster-than-expected rollout, this new law marks a major milestone in restoring fairness to Social Security benefits, ensuring public servants and retirees receive what they are owed.
