  • Nintendo Switch 2 price will surprise you: new leak reaffirms how much it would cost

Nintendo Switch 2 price will surprise you: new leak reaffirms how much it would cost

Rumors continue to swirl about the new console from the big N. Some time ago we told you that the price of Nintendo Switch 2 had been leaked and that, if this was true, it was very good news. At the time, it was said that it would cost 399 euros.

Well, that information has been reinforced. Recently, the website notebookcheck has gathered new information on the subject. According to the report, a Costco worker in Canada has shared several images about the price of the console.

More specifically, they have published two images. The first is an internal document in which you can read “Nintendo Switch Palce Holder“. And yes, there is a mistake: it says “palce” instead of “place”. This detracts somewhat from the credibility of the leak.

IShowSpeed’s show at the Super Bowl: a big play and anger with the referee

A new leak suggests that Nintendo Switch 2 will cost less than 450 dollars

However, the second one does have a little more weight, as it matches what we have seen previously. In the second image you can see that the price of the console will be 499.99 Canadian dollars. At the exchange rate, this would be around 337 euros or around 350 US dollars. However, to this we would have to add taxes, import costs, etc.

With this in mind, we could estimate that its price would be around 400 euros or, at most, around 450 euros. Does this mean that we already have a definitive price? The answer is no. Although we would love for the maximum price of the console to be 400 euros, there is still nothing official.

In fact, in addition to reminding you that leaks are never entirely reliable and can be a simple edit, Costco may have put an estimated RRP while it prepares. It is normal for large franchises to make this type of move.

Therefore, we cannot hold on to that price. However, everything makes us think that it will be so. Especially if we take into account that we can add to these two leaks the reservation of an Italian store.

Some time ago we told you that a European shop was already letting us pre-order Nintendo Switch 2 at a lower than expected price, but very close to 400 euros. When you add up all the rumors, the truth is that the river starts to sound strongly. Be that as it may, we will find out on April 2, the date on which the NS2 Direct will be held.

Baseball fans, it’s time to mark your calendars. MLB The Show 25 is dropping on March 18, 2025, and this year’s cover isn’t just making history-it’s rewriting it. For the first time ever, three rising stars of Major League Baseball are sharing the spotlight. Elly De La Cruz, Gunnar Henderson, and Paul Skenes are the faces of the game’s 20th-anniversary edition, and they’re here to show why the future of baseball is as bright as ever.

Each player represents a new chapter for their teams-and for The Show. De La Cruz, Henderson, and Skenes aren’t just phenomenal athletes; they’re the first cover stars from their respective franchises, a major milestone for the Cincinnati Reds, Baltimore Orioles, and Pittsburgh Pirates.

MLB superstars Paul Skenes, Elly De La Cruz and Gunnar Henderson shine on MLB The Show cover

If you’ve watched De La Cruz play, you know why he’s on the cover. The Reds phenom burst onto the MLB scene in 2023, hitting for the cycle just 17 games into his career. In 2024, he led the league with 67 stolen bases while earning his first All-Star nod-all by the age of 22. His lightning speed and explosive power make him a perfect fit for the game’s Road to the Show mode, where fans can replicate his journey from the minors to MLB superstardom.

For the Orioles, Gunnar Henderson has become a symbol of hope and resilience. After taking home the 2023 AL Rookie of the Year award, the 23-year-old shortstop smashed a franchise-record 37 homers in 2024, earning a starting spot in the All-Star Game and wowing fans at the Home Run Derby. Henderson’s energy and hustle embody Baltimore’s resurgence, and his inclusion on the cover feels like a well-earned celebration of his rise.

Paul Skenes and MLB The Show 25: A glimpse Into baseball’s future

Then there’s Paul Skenes, who is redefining what’s possible for a young pitcher. Just one year after leading LSU to a College World Series title, Skenes debuted in the big leagues, became an All-Star Game starter, and racked up Rookie of the Year honors. His 1.96 ERA and 170 strikeouts in 2024 make it clear-Skenes isn’t just good; he’s historic.

This year’s cover isn’t just about celebrating individual players-it’s about highlighting the future of the sport. By showcasing these rising stars, MLB The Show 25 isn’t just giving fans a game to play; it’s giving them a glimpse of where baseball is headed.

With the game launching on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch, fans can dive into the action and relive these players’ incredible journeys. For baseball enthusiasts and gamers alike, this anniversary edition promises to deliver the perfect blend of nostalgia and what’s next.

  • Nintendo has solved one of the biggest mysteries of the new The Legend of Zelda

Nintendo has solved one of the biggest mysteries of the new The Legend of Zelda

By surprise, and without prior notice, Nintendo has just confirmed where Echoes of Wisdom is located in the chronology of The Legend of Zelda. That’s right. Without much fanfare, this morning we found that the official website has been updated, adding in the process a tab especially dedicated to Zelda’s first solo adventure. As we have been able to verify, it is located in the timeline of the defeated hero.

This is now the chronology of The Legend of Zelda with Echoes of Wisdom

Kim Kardashian with Tesla’s new robot

Within this, all the events that take place in the game happen after Tri Force Heroes. Thanks to this new information, all the theories that were around the game have been dismantled, since until now it was not known with complete precision when it took place. There was a lot of talk about the Gerudo race during the process, this being one of the biggest clues we could find in this regard. Luckily, it is no longer necessary to use this detail to locate the game.

Curiously, Nintendo has not taken too long to confirm it. Usually, the Japanese company usually leaves this type of unknowns in the air for quite some time so that fans can talk and theorize about the subject. In fact, until the release of its official guide (many years ago) we were still in the dark about many issues. However, it seems that things have changed.

Will it be this way from now on? It’s possible. That said, with the timeline in hand, the only two games that still work at their own pace are Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom, as they have their own line. The game’s producers like to leave quite a bit of room in that regard, as they prefer the community to determine where they are located… to some extent.

    About Echoes of Wisdom

That said, if you want to know more about Echoes of the Wisdom, some time ago we published our own opinion article (with flashes of analysis) about the game taking advantage of its release. In it we told you that Zelda has more than enough charisma to honor the name of the saga and star in her own story without Link while praising its quality as a platform and puzzle game. Overall, we liked it a lot, and it left us wanting more.

With it, Nintendo opened the door to a whole world of possibilities. Now that Zelda has starred in her first solo game, we hope she will do so again. Especially if she does so with such quality and care behind her. It is undoubtedly one of the best releases of 2024, especially for those who claim to enjoy more family-friendly adventures.
