In a delightful display of family bonding, Brittany Mahomes, wife of the Kansas City Chiefsquarterback Patrick Mahomes, shared an Instagram Story that left fans gushing and guessing about their lovely moments together. The story, posted on Friday, featured their adorable children Sterling Skye and Patrick Lavon III, affectionately known as “Bronze,” showcasing their joyful family time. The snapshots captured the hearts of fans worldwide.

One heartwarming photo portrayed Sterling tenderly embracing her younger sibling Bronze inside a gym, exuding sibling love and creating an instant connection with fans. The scene showcased the strong bond between the siblings, emanating pure joy and warmth.

Another captivating image displayed Sterling, seemingly exhausted, peacefully slumbering while seated on a pick chair. Her head rested comfortably on a soft gray pillow, evoking empathy and understanding from viewers. Brittany captioned the photo with the words, “I feel ya girl,” resonating with parents who can relate to the challenges of parenting.

The caption accompanying this adorable snapshot humorously revealed Bronze’s remarkable appetite, stating, “Meanwhile, my boy is just chugging 90 oz of milk like it’s nothing over here,” accompanied by a crying-laughing emoji. Fans couldn’t help but smile at the endearing image and Bronze’s seemingly insatiable thirst.

However, it was the captivating images of Patrick Mahomes himself that stole the spotlight. The photographs captured a moment of pure bliss and excitement, as Patrick effortlessly balanced on the hoverboard, ensuring Sterling’s safety and creating unforgettable memories.

“It’s awesome to bring in a son – and to add to my family,” Patrick Mahomes exclaimed in one of the images, expressing his joy at expanding their family unit. The couple’s journey towards parenthood has been filled with surprises, as Brittany revealed last month that Bronze’s conception was not planned. In fact, he was conceived on their wedding day, adding an extra layer of excitement and serendipity to their story.

Brittany Mahomes shares emotional birth journey, inspiring resilience and love

Brittany shared the details of Bronze’s birth, recounting the challenges they faced. “Bronze… Got induced at 39 weeks, 3 days… Water partially broke that morning anyways… By 12 pm, the doctor fully broke the rest of my water. I was already dilated to a 4 and started pitocin… Got the epidural at 1:30ish… Started pushing at 5 pm… Pushed for 7 minutes, and he was here… His cord was wrapped around his neck 2 times, and thankfully, it didn’t affect anything, and he was fine.”

These intimate details added a personal touch to the Instagram Story, providing a glimpse into the couple’s journey and the challenges they overcame during Bronze’s birth.

As the Mahomes family continues to create lasting memories, their Instagram Story resonated with fans, capturing the essence of love, family, and cherished moments. With each glimpse into their lives, the Mahomes family captivates the hearts of their supporters, inspiring others to celebrate the joys of family and parenthood.

  • Is Patrick Mahomes eyeing to emulate Tom Brady's accomplishments? Rich Eisen thinks so

Is Patrick Mahomes eyeing to emulate Tom Brady's accomplishments? Rich Eisen thinks so

In a recent discussion, Rich Eisen shared his thoughts on Patrick Mahomes and drew comparisons to Tom Brady, suggesting that Mahomes is on a quest to surpass the legendary quarterback. With Brady’s retirement, Mahomes now stands as one of the premier quarterbacks in the NFL, boasting multiple Super Bowl victories.

According to Eisen, Mahomes has a genuine opportunity to catch up with the iconic former Patriots and Buccaneers QB, not just in terms of on-field accomplishments, but also in his approach off the field. Eisen emphasized that Mahomes is the only player who realistically has a shot at reaching Tom Brady’s level.

“Right now, as we’re sitting here, there’s only one guy who could be even in the area code of the galaxy to catch Tom Brady with seven Super Bowls by the end of his career, and it’s Patrick Mahomes. All I’m saying is this is the only guy who can have that shot”, Eisen said.

Eisen also expressed his belief that Mahomes is content with being underpaid, much like Tom Brady. Despite the influx of lucrative contracts for quarterbacks in the NFL, Mahomes isn’t the highest-paid player at his position.

Drawing parallels to Brady, Eisen swiftly pointed out: “We’re already talking about taking less. Right? How many times did Brady supposedly give a discount to the Patriots? This is the sort of stuff I think about when I hear him say this.

“It sounds just like Brady. He’s got Brady in his sights, potentially, and he also understands that Brady won them all by not leaving everything on the table. He left some for other people.”

Brady used to be underpaid in order to have great players around him

Brady, famously, never held the title of the highest-paid quarterback in the NFL. This allowed the New England Patriots to build a formidable team around him and provide him with the necessary weapons.

By doing so, they maximized his chances of winning multiple Super Bowls, which he accomplished. Moreover, this approach also contributed to Brady’s off-field net worth.

Eisen posits that Mahomes is adopting a similar long-term strategy. He may be the sole quarterback in the league with a realistic chance of catching up to the seven-time Super Bowl champion and solidifying his own case as the greatest of all time.

Patrick Mahomes meets Adidas designers: When is his new shoe coming out?

Fans are gearing up for the opportunity to buy a pair of shoes designed by both Adidas and Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

The two-time Super Bowl-winning star is one of the hottest names in sport right now and brands know that anything with his name on it is going to sell quickly.

Patrick Mahomes attends Miami Grand Prix in trendy outfit… gets surrounded by fans

Fans also know this, which is why they are desperate to get details of the shoes and when they may be available.

    Patrick Mahomes’ partnership with Adidas

Adidas have a huge deal with Mahomes and the relationship between brand and athlete appears to be extremely strong.

They already have several designs of the Mahomes 1 shoe, with this footwear proving very popular.

“Dominate from the first down and control the game like a true MVP, as Patrick Mahomes shoes have a sturdy and responsive feel to let you make plays all game long,” is how Adidas describes the products they’ve built with the quarterback.

    Patrick Mahomes’ new Adidas shoes

Adidas are becoming ever more ambitious with their plans and, with that in mind, Mahomes recently had a meeting with designers at Adidas over the latest product they will work on together.

A recent Instagram story from Mahomes, on which he shared a video from that meeting, has sparked speculation that a new shoe is on the way.

“New Mahomes specials dropping soon??” one Twitter user recently posted.

As was reported by MARCA earlier this year, Adidas have been doing all that they can to ensure they keep hold of Mahomes for as long as possible.

Adidas even gifted him custom-made trainers to commemorate the first wedding anniversary of the NFL quarterback and his wife, Brittany.

That gesture gained a lot of traction on social media and added to the image in fans’ heads of Mahomes and Adidas being side by side.

There have also been regular endorsement campaigns involving the German sportswear brand and Mahomes, but any date for a new trainer is yet to be officially announced.

  • Travis Kelce reveals the secrets to his chemistry with Patrick Mahomes in interview with former Chiefs QB Alex Smith

Travis Kelce reveals the secrets to his chemistry with Patrick Mahomes in interview with former Chiefs QB Alex Smith

The Kansas City Chiefs have been one of the most successful teams in the NFL since Patrick Mahomes became their quarterback in 2018. Mahomes has been instrumental in the team’s success, but he wouldn’t be as effective without the help of his receivers, especially All-Pro tight end Travis Kelce.

In an interview with former Chiefs quarterback Alex Smith on SiriusXM NFL Radio, Kelce discussed his relationship with Mahomes and how they function together within the Chiefs offense. Smith asked Kelce about their connection and how it has developed over time, and Kelce gave a detailed response, highlighting Mahomes’ ability to improvise and throw the ball anywhere on the field.

Kelce explained that the chemistry between him and Mahomes has been built over countless hours of practice and preparation in the offseason. “Going full speed, every single rep in the offseason and training camps. Those are all instincts that you build for in-game decisions,” he said.

He also spoke about the excitement that comes with broken-down plays and how Mahomes’ ability to improvise makes those situations more fun. “It’s really just backyard ball, you just go to the open spot and let Pat kind of throw you open,” Kelce said.

Smith helped to develop Kelce’s career

While Kelce has formed a legendary relationship with Mahomes, his rapport with Smith was equally deadly for opposing defenses before 2017. Smith played a key role in mentoring both Kelce and Mahomes during his time in Kansas City, and his impact on their trajectories cannot be overlooked.

In summary, Kelce’s interview sheds light on the chemistry between him and Mahomes and how they have developed such a deadly connection on the field. It also highlights the importance of practice and preparation in building that chemistry and the impact of mentors like Smith on rising stars in the NFL.

Patrick Mahomes silent amid family issues, wife Brittany recovers from 'trauma'

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes has yet to speak on the several family issues he has faced since winning his second Super Bowl, though wife Brittany Lynne tagged him on an Instagram Story explaining how they recover from “trauma.”

Brittany, 27, reposted an image Friday from IG page “Mom Life Keeping It Real” that was quite relatable in the Mahomes household.

Patrick Mahomes’ brother under investigation for alleged assault

“After my kids go to bed, I sit still for an hour to recover from the trauma,” read the post.

“Yes. This is us, Patrick Mahomes,” Brittany captioned the story.

The quarterback’s younger brother, Jackson, was recently arrested and released on bail.

    Jackson Mahomes in legal trouble

While Brittany’s post was not alluding to the “trauma” resulting from Jackson being in legal trouble, it’s likely they also need to heal on that end.

Jackson, 22, is facing assault and battery charges due to a video that shows him forcibly kissing a woman.

Patrick, 27, has two children and an NFL career on which to focus, so his brother’s issues are only added stress to daily life.

The Mahomes family also recently went through the death of Patrick’s grandmother.

  • Patrick Mahomes remembers the day that changed his life: This is how he was drafted by the Chiefs in 2017

Patrick Mahomes remembers the day that changed his life: This is how he was drafted by the Chiefs in 2017

The 2023 NFL draft is fast approaching, with the highly anticipated event due to take place this coming April 27. The NFL has marked the occasion by looking back at some of the great draft moments over the years and given everything that happened over last year’s campaign, many have been reminiscing over current Super Bowl champion Patrick Mahomes’ 2017 draft pick.

2017 was a curious year for the draft. In fact, it was considered by many to be a relatively week group compared to years gone by. Mahomes ended up being the 10th pick in that year’s edition, snapped up by the Chiefs on a four-year, $16.42 million contract (plus an extra $10 million to sign him). Big money for someone who was expected to be Alex Smith’s understudy. And that was exactly the player’s role during his first year at the Chiefs.

Fast forward to 2018 and Mahomes became the starting quarterback for the Kansas side after Smith was sent to the Washington Redskins. And the Chiefs haven’t looked back since, with Mahomes becoming one of the biggest success stories in NFL history. He won the Super Bowl in 2020, defeating the 49ers and of course more recently in 2023 when his inspired his team to victory against the Philadelphia Eagles. He also narrowly missed out in 2021 to Tom Brady’s Tampa.

Now, five years on from his draft, Mahomes has become one of the biggest stars on the planet. In fact, he’s currently on a 10-year contract worth $503 million which he signed after his 2020 Super Bowl triumph.

What’s more, it’s the biggest contract in the history of the NFL and the third largest in the history of sport after Messi’s Barcelona contract between 2017-2021 worth $674 million and Cristiano Ronaldo’s current Al-Nassr contract which is worth an eye-watering $536,336,336,818 million.

Her Easter party was a much calmer affair, as she shared a very quaint Easter post of her and Patrick‘s children enjoying an Easter egg hunt in the sunshine.

  • Patrick Mahomes inspires trick play in March Madness to help team advance

Patrick Mahomes inspires trick play in March Madness to help team advance

Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs are known for executing trick plays to perfection, which could be the reason why Kansas State head coach Jerome Tang credited the quarterback with inspiring his basketball team on Sunday.

The Kansas State Wildcats defeated the Kentucky Wildcats 75-69 to reach the Sweet 16 stage of the NCAA Tournament, also known as March Madness.

During the final seconds of action, three Kansas State players lined up out of bounds as the inbounds player stood to their right.

Kentucky looked confused about what was happening, similar to how some Chiefs opponents feel when they face Mahomes and head coach Andy Reid.

“We actually call it ‘Mahomes,’” Tang said. “Patrick Mahomes, the quarterback for the Super Bowl champion, Kansas City Chiefs.”

Kansas State, last local team left

This is not the first time Tang uses the play seen against Kentucky, which essentially serves as a double-screen to waste a few more seconds before getting fouled.

It’s also used to inbounds the ball to a certain player in crunchtime of a close contest.

The play in question was first used by Baylor Bears head coach Scott Drew when Tang was his assistant.

Kansas State is the last program left from Kansas or Missouri in the 2023 NCAA Tournament after both KU and Mizzou were eliminated in the second round.

Patrick Mahomes: This might be the reason why he's the best quarterback in the NFL

The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback captioned the post: “Keep Going,” alongside a clock emoji.

Many WR’s want to play with Patrick Mahomes at the Chiefs

James Palmer from the NFL Network reported that this offseason, many wide receivers and players are calling Patrick Mahomes to see if he can interced with the Kansas City Chiefs and get a deal done so they can join him and play alongside him.

“It’s my understanding guys have been calling him this entire offseason saying, ‘Can I come to Kansas City? Can I come and play with you guys?’ Like, that is a real thing that is happening,” Palmer expressed.
