However, royal expert Omid Scobie suggested that the couple may not have made this choice if a family member had supported them.

    Buckingham Palace had previously stated that senior royals were blindsided by Harry and Markle’s decision to leave. They acknowledged the couple’s desire for a different approach but emphasized that resolving the complex issues would take time.

    In February 2021, Harry and Markle officially resigned from all royal duties. Despite this, they expressed their commitment to their duty and service to the UK and the world, offering continued support to the organizations they had represented.

    However, the couple faced consequences for their decision. King Charles III decided to evict them from Frogmore Cottage and allocate the royal property to Prince Andrew.     And speaking of suspense, Prince Harry is set to make a whirlwind trip to the UK for the WellChild Awards and then off to Germany for the Invictus Games. It seems he’ll be spending less time in his homeland than it takes to brew a proper cup of English tea. Despite being in the same country as dear old dad and brother William, Harry has “no intention” of paying them a visit.

    Regarding their newborn daughter, Lilibet Diana, Meghan’s name on her birth certificate remains ‘Rachel Meghan Markle,’ with no mention of her royal titles.

    There’s no specific rules for names in official docs

    While this change in names might seem unusual, the Royal Family does not have specific rules for how individuals should be styled on official documents. For example, Kate Middleton is listed as ‘Catherine Elizabeth‘ on her children’s birth certificates, and Princess Diana was styled as ‘Her Royal Highness the Princess of Wales’ on her sons’ certificates.

    Archie’s birth had its share of drama, as Prince Harry revealed in his memoir and Netflix docuseries with Meghan. Breaking with tradition, they chose not to do the customary photo call on the hospital steps after Archie’s birth. Instead, they held a photo call at Windsor Castle’s St George’s Hall two days later, with Harry suggesting that the Palace wanted to keep “people tuned to the show.”

    The infamous car chase Meghan Markle and Prince Harry experienced this past week keeps changing details and adding more to the story. Given the severity of the accusations from the royal couple, multiple photo agencies have decided to respond with press releases. But a report from Page Six suggests the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were the ones who wanted to approach photographers. They wanted everybody to get their pictures in order to do their job. But things escalated right after these pictures were taken. Paparazzi did chase Prince Harry and Meghan Markle through the streets of New York, that’s what paparazzi do for a good shot.

    A representative of the Sussexes spoke to the New York Times on Friday to confirm this story. Ashley Hansen revealed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle walked through the multitude of photographers to hop on their rented SUV. A large group of security blocked these photographers at a certain point and some of them decided to tail them. The grand total of photographers who chased them either via car or a bike were 11. Three cars and 8 bikes. Multiple photographers already spoke to many different media outlets about what happened, they all have a story to tell. But accounts are conflicting when there’s talk about a car chase.

    New York City traffic likely scared Prince Harry and Meghan Markle

    There already was a report that Prince Harry filmed one of the photographers chasing them. Page Six also reported that Prince Harry said this has been the closest to feeling what his mother felt when she was killed in that car crash in 1997. That feeling and frantic New York City traffic is probably what got Prince Harry pretty nervous. It is still unclear if any of these photographers with a contradicting story to Harry and Meghan’s will start a law suit for defamation. But given what took place and all the accusations, thinking about a potential lawsuit could be in the cards for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. There were too many paparazzi involved in this incident who were accused by the Sussexes of disturbing their ride back to their hotel.

    Backgrid is the name of the photo agency that reportedly got into that car chase with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry after an award show in New York City. They have been going back and forth with accusations and responses after the incident that was taken way out of proportion. Prince Harry’s poskesperson made it seem like there was an actual car collission and people got hurt. But the reslity has been coming out in pieces. There were no injured parties in this chase and there weren’t six cars chansing the royal couple, there were three. Reports do claim that the car chase started with 12 paparazzi but the last ones that followed them were only four. The couple were accompanied by Doria Ragland, Meghan Markle’s mother.

    After a long time in this chase, all three of them had to ditch their SUV and decided to take a taxi to their destination. According to TMZ, Backgrid was accused of reckless behavior while driving the streets of New York. Also, the royal couple’s security detail demanded for the footage and the pictures of the car chase but they have no legal right to ask for that. The photo agency obviously refused and they don’t mind taking this case to court. Alghouth Meghan Markle and Prince Harry likely would prefer avoiding legal issues. Another revelation was also made by Page Six that could’ve avoided this car chase altogether.

    Before making this trip to New York City, Prince Harry wanted to make sure the couple stayed at the Carlyle Hotel. This is Princess Diana’s favorite hotel to visit in New York City. But Page Six claim they spoke to a New York City police officer who was there as everything took place at the precinct. He found out that the royal couple asked for a discount at the Carlyle hotel and they were denied. If they had simply paid for their stay as they wanted, none of this would’ve happened in the first place. A Carlyle Hotel cab would’ve picked them up from the award ceremony and gotten them saefly back to the hotel.

    If you’ve been keeping up with the royals, you might have heard about the tension between King Charles III and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. While Harry attended his father’s coronation, his wife and children stayed back in L.A. causing many to speculate that Charles would strip Harry of his Duke of Sussex title.

    But, according to Grant Harrold, an ex-royal butler, the new King won’t take such action for sentimental reasons. “King Charles will not strip royal titles away from Prince Harry as it would go against the gifts and wishes of the late Queen Elizabeth II,” he notes. Since the title was a gift from Harry’s grandmother, Charles wouldn’t take it from him.

    Harrold suggests that historically, kings and queens would strip royal titles for treason to the crown, which isn’t the case here. He believes that Charles is in a difficult position when it comes to Harry and that it’s best to let sleeping dogs lie. “At the moment, I think there’s not a real justified reason for him to strip Harry’s Duke of Sussex title.”

    However, Harrold does have a suggestion should Charles really be determined to stir up some trouble. “What he can strip quite easily is Harry’s [His Royal Highness], which was originally given to the children and grandchildren of the monarch. It would be quite unusual because he’s still the son of the King, but it is possible.”

    Only time will tell what will happen with Harry and Charles

    It’s worth noting that Harry was not included in King Charles‘s recent royal portrait, along with Prince Andrew, who has been the subject of much talk about having his Duke of York title taken away due to alleged crimes.

    As for the tension between Charles and Harry, it remains to be seen what will happen next. But, as Harrold suggests, it might be best to just let things be for now. After all, as he notes, “It would be quite unusual because he’s still the son of the King, but it is possible.”

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were caught by TV cameras, as well as the arena’s Jumbotron, prompting a ‘cringe’ response from Harry.

    The British Royal Family member’s cringey facial expression was obvious, prompting a laugh even from Meghan herself. The appearance from the couple on the big screens prompted mixed reactions from the crowd. Though some audible cheers could be heard as well.

    Adam Sandler, Flea and Kim Kardashian also watched the Lakers

    Harry and Meghan were far from the only celebs in attendance to watch LeBron James’ epic (and unprecedented) 20-rebound performance, along with many clutch baskets. Notable celebrities included Adam Sandler, Kim Kardashian and Red Hot Chili Peppers’ bassist Flea.

    Though their apperances at sporting events are sporadic, maybe Harry & Meghan should attend more Lakers postseason games. For anyone who believes in lucky charms, the royal couple certainly didn’t jinx Darvin Ham‘s LA team, who completed an epic comeback win and are headed back on the road to Memphis to ‘finish the job’.

But he also makes some interesting claims that are very private and portray him as a person who lso makes mistakes. Prince Harry goes down memory lane with many important moments of his life when he was younger. Also, he openly confessed he killed Afghan fighters on his military tours to the war in the Middle East. In his statement, Prince Harry seems convinced he killed another human being for the good of his country.

    Probably any soldier will see it this way but that doesn’t take anything away from the guilt one must feel when one takes another person’s life. If that feeling isn’t enough, conceptual artist Andrei Molodkin decided to buy 25 of the book’s (one for each of Prince Harry’s kills) copies and sell all of them at an auction. All proceeds will reportedly go to different Afghan charities. But you may be wondering why these copies are being resold, the reason is shocking for anybody who doesn’t understand the context. These copies are expected to go on sale just a few days before the king’s coronation in early May.

    Prince Harry’s most controversial ‘Spare’ copies

    Each of these 25 ‘Spare’ copies being sold will be on sale for a massive $10,000 per copy inside a shop near Windsor Castle. The reason they will be so expensive is highly controversial but the sale will likely take place regardless. According to Molodkin, these copies will be stained with blookd of Afghan people as a reminder of what Prince Harry did. This is why the ‘Spare’ copies will cost that much, and the money will reportedly go straight to Afghan charities. Given how much people dislike Prince Harry in England, these book sales will likely happen regardless if Prince Harry complains about them or not.

    Every day that goes by, both the prince and Meghan Markle find more compelling reasons to ditch King Charles III’s coronation. A statement from the artist to Sky News read as follows: ” Prince Harry boasts of killing Taliban like they’re baddies in a video game, ‘otherising’ human life then cashing in on the sorry tale to sell books about his drug binging, sexual exploits and killing conquests.” Books will be available to buy at a political and arts organization in Kennington, Lodon on May 2.

    The latest to be added to that list is the fact that Meghan Markle was never put on the royal family payroll by King Charles. He actually refused to put her on it.

    The many revelations from Harry‘s book ‘Spare’ have been explosive and frequent, and the latest centres around finances and his wife.

    The book tells that Charles spoke to Harry in 2016 to break the news that Meghan would not go on the payroll, very shortly after Harry announced that he would be marrying American.

    “Are you sure, Harold?” Prince William asked his younger brother.

    Charles was a prince at the time as Queen Elizabeth II was still alive. He explained to Harry that he could not afford to put Meghan on the payroll given it was accommodating William and Kate‘s growing family and Charles‘ wife Camilla.

    Royal correspondent Robert Jobson has written a book titled ‘Our King’. “This infuriated Harry,” wrote Jobson, who also authored two books on Princess Diana alongside her former bodyguard Ken Wharfe.

    “When the Queen asked Charles why he hadn’t given in, he told her that he wasn’t a bank,” Jobson wrote.

    One of the themes of Jobson‘s book is that many of the later incidents involving Harry and Meghan were blown out of proportion because of the hurt that was caused by the payroll incident.

    The example he gives are the spat between Kate Middleton and Markle in the lead up to their wedding where the Duchess suggested that the other had ‘baby brain’.

    A new opinion poll has revealed that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry‘s popularity in the US has once again taken a hit, with the Duke of Sussex seeing a significant decline in support. The survey, conducted for Newsweek, suggests that the couple’s US popularity has fallen further as Harry’s controversial memoir Spare continues to be a talking point.

    According to the poll, Prince Harry was liked by 46 percent of Americans in the first quarter of 2023, down from 52 percent in the last quarter of 2022, while 26 percent of Americans said they disliked him, giving him a net approval rating of 20.

    Confirmed: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been invited to King Charles’ coronation

    Meanwhile, Meghan Markle received support from 36 percent of Americans, down two points compared to the previous quarter, and 24 percent said they disliked the Duchess, enabling her to retain a positive net approval rating of 12 percent.

    The dip in popularity for the couple comes after they aired their docu-series on Netflix and several US comedians poked fun at the pair. Harry’s frost-bitten penis became the target of late-night talk shows, while his drug and alcohol use and relationship with the press were frequently mocked. Support for the Sussexes in the poll appeared to take a knock in the aftermath of the release of Spare and the airing of their Netflix docuseries, Harry & Meghan.

    Prince and Princess of Wales are still strong

    However, the latest opinion poll suggests that support for two other prominent members of the Royal Family has also taken a hit. Prince William‘s approval rating fell to 43 percent in the first quarter of 2023, down three percent from the previous quarter, and Kate Middleton‘s support stood at 45 percent, down one point.

    Despite the slight dip, the Princess of Wales enjoyed a net approval rating of plus 36, with only nine percent of Americans saying they disliked her.

    It remains to be seen whether Harry and Meghan‘s popularity will continue to decline in the US or whether they will be able to win back the support of the American public. For now, it seems that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will need to work hard to repair their image in the US, especially as their Netflix deal continues to make headlines and spark controversy.
