32-year-old WWE Superstar facing real-life issues; might not be at Money in the Bank – Reports

WWE is heading to London for this weekend’s Money in the Bank show. It’s the first major show to be held in the city since Insurrextion in June 2003, making it a major step towards the company performing in enormous International venues instead of just inside the USA. However, one star might not be present there, as Chelsea Green is facing real-life issues in her travel to London.

Green has been a part of the tag team scene in the women’s division for a while now, working with Sonya Deville. Her character work as a “Karen” has seen her make unreasonable demands from management. It has already been well received by fans as she has become a mainstay on television.

The star has quickly become a top heel in WWE, and with Shayna Baszler and Ronda Rousey returning to win the women’s tag team titles, they have been expected to mount a resistance in some form. It appears that it won’t be happening at Money in the Bank, at least.

According to a report by Fightful Select, Chelsea Green is not set to be in London to appear on the show or film any skits this week. This is because she is facing real-life visa issues.

If they can be fixed prior to the WWE show, it will be interesting to see if she makes the trip there.

It remains to be seen whether Green will be present in any capacity at the event.

  • Backstage report on who has been responsible for Roman Reigns and The Bloodline’s tension & teasing a split recently

Backstage report on who has been responsible for Roman Reigns and The Bloodline’s tension & teasing a split recently

Since WrestleMania, things have not been going well for Roman Reigns and the Bloodline. While there was tension even before then with Sami Zayn as a thorn in the side of the Tribal Chief, it was seemingly resolved heading into the event.

The heat has been rekindled in recent weeks, especially after SmackDown. Now, a report has stated who has been in charge of producing most Bloodline segments.

Zayn and Owens defeated The Usos at WrestleMania 39— something that Reigns is not too happy about. On top of that, they were unable to win back the titles repeatedly.

Last week on SmackDown, Reigns confronted The Usos, talking about how they were the problem. The Tribal Chief even got physical with them before declaring that he and Solo Sikoa would be challenging for the tag titles instead of Jimmy and Jey.

According to a new report from Fightful Select, Michael Hayes has still been the man in charge of booking most of the Bloodline segments post-WrestleMania. He has been helping them backstage with the segments and producing them as well.

The levels of disrespect from Roman Reigns in these shots are absolutely insane. https://t.co/bdDbUVKWHH

Roman Reigns’ return last week was universally praised, and many fans on social media expressed their happiness that the Bloodline seemed to matter again.

Now, it remains to be seen which direction WWE is going with this.

  • CM Punk and 9-time WWE champion backstage at IMPACT Wrestling tapings – Reports

CM Punk and 9-time WWE champion backstage at IMPACT Wrestling tapings – Reports

During tonight’s IMPACT Wrestling tapings, CM Punk and a nine-time WWE champion were backstage as per reports. The star is none other than Mercedes Moné (fka Sasha Banks).

The Second City Saint has been away from pro wrestling since the AEW All Out pay-per-view last year. He was reportedly suspended following a backstage brawl with the Executive Vice Presidents of the promotion.

Mercedes Moné on the other hand, had walked away from WWE along with her then-tag team partner Naomi. The two left as they were unhappy with creative. Since then, the multi-time women’s champion has signed with New Japan Pro Wrestling. She also won the IWGP Women’s Championship in her debut match.

According to a report from PW Insider, both CM Punk and the former RAW Women’s Champion were at tonight’s IMPACT Wrestling tapings. The show is being taped from Chicago at the Cicero Stadium.

lmao CM Punk actually showed up at the Impact tapings for Trinity and Mercedes 😭😭 https://t.co/ghRq8KV4y9

Naomi, who now goes by her real name Trinity Fatu, made her debut for IMPACT Wrestling last night. Her friend Moné was backstage to show support.

As far as Punk is concerned, there is still no update on why he was at the tapings besides the fact that the show is in his hometown. This past Monday night, Punk was spotted backstage at WWE RAW as well. The show also took place in Chicago.

It was later reported that one of the reasons Punk was backstage at RAW was because he wanted to make amends with The Miz.

Why do you think CM Punk was backstage tonight? Let us know in the comments section below.

  • Who did John Cena defeat in his last singles win?

Who did John Cena defeat in his last singles win?

John Cena was one of WWE’s top stars for much of 2000s. Over the last few years, however, he has been a part-timer for the company. With so many wins in his illustrious career, he hasn’t had much success in his last few matches.

So when was his last singles win in a WWE ring? It turns out that the 16-time WWE Champion’s last official win was five years ago against Triple H at the Greatest Royal Rumble held in Saudi Arabia.

John Cena’s last televised singles win was back in 2018 against Triple H in Saudi Arabia. https://t.co/EIeMPZaJNF

WWE began its partnership with the country that year and utilized big names from the past like Cena and Triple H. Since then, Cena has appeared for big episodes of TV, like the anniversary of RAW show that took place last year.

How did John Cena fare in his last few singles matches?

In addition to facing Austin Theory tonight for the United States Championship, Cena has taken part in a few big matches over the last two years.

The Leader of Cenation’s last singles bout was against Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship at SummerSlam in 2021 where he fell to The Tribal Chief.

Before that, John Cena faced off against longtime rival Bray Wyatt in a Firefly Funhouse match against Bray Wyatt in 2020. It was a unique match for several reasons.

The COVID-19 Pandemic forced WWE to try something new, so Wyatt and Cena competed in a cinematic match that focused heavily on the past of both Cena and Wyatt. Despite a story-heavy match with little wrestling, The Eater of Worlds defeated Cena once the two ended up in the ring.

Due to his standing in the company, John Cena has become a part-time attraction like Brock Lesnar. He returns for big moments on RAW and SmackDown, and for big events like SummerSlam or WrestleMania.

A lot of his returns are meant to help put over younger and rising stars. His match with Austin Theory will be a big deal regardless of who comes out on top. Can he add another win to his resume?

A top WWE star just admitted that she was a victim of cyber bullying. More details right here.
