Heung-Min Son put in awkward position by King Charles after Tottenham question

King Charles III left Tottenham captain Heung-Min Son in an awkward position during a short exchange between the pair.

The royal was in attendance at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium to highlight the club’s partnership with the NFL and its positive socio-economic impact on the local community.

Heung-min Son had a brief exchange with King Charles during his visit to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

On arrival, the King was greeted by locals before entering the stadium where he met men’s team captain Son and women’ s skipper Bethany England.

Although the monarch could only enjoy a short interaction with the South Korean, his line of questioning caused an awkward moment.

Son, accompanied by Spurs chairman Daniel Levy was asked about the club’s current plight.

The clip, that has since surfaced on social media, sees the King ask Son: “So who are you playing this weekend then?”

The Tottenham forward replied: “We are going to play against United… Manchester United. On Sunday”.

Charles then asked: “Have you got a good chance?,” to which Son responded with: “I hope so”.

The King probed further asking: “Is the team in good order at the moment?”

A sheepish-looking Son answered: “We are in a difficult moment but we are working hard.”

The hard-to-watch exchange saw Levy broadly smiling in the background as his captain did his best to entertain the King.

Son has been unable to reach his previous heights this season having netted just six goals in 21 Premier League appearances.

Ange Postecoglou’s side have struggled for form in a season hampered by ongoing injuries to key players.

Spurs are on a torrid run of one win in eight Premier League games while recent exits in the Carabao Cup and FA Cup have piled the pressure on Postecoglou.

Tottenham are 14th in the table and a whopping 16 points adrift of fourth placed Chelsea

Spurs’ objectives for the season were to break into the top four and secure a place in next season’s Champions League – something that now appears unlikely.

Their hopes of ending a 17-year wait for silverware now rest on success in the Europa League with Spurs currently the bookies favourites to win the competition.

Success in Bilbao in May would also see Postecoglou’s side claim an unlikely place in next year’s Champions League while the Australian would have kept his vow of winning a trophy in his second season.

Ange Postecoglou is under pressure to find a way to turn Tottenham's season around

If he is to steer Spurs to success this season then he will have to do it the hard way, and that means winning the fans over again.

Sunday’s FA Cup defeat at Aston Villa saw fans display their anger at Postecogolou while chanting for Levy to leave the club.

However, the former Celtic boss will welcome the imminent returns of defensive pairing Cristian Romero and Micky Van de Ven following injury.

In attack, Postecoglou should soon see summer signing Dominic Solanke return alongside long-term casualty Wilson Odobert.

The key to Spurs’ European hopes and Postecoglou’s long-term future lies on whether they can avoid recurring injuries in the business end of the season.

Dion Dublin has BBC studio in stitches with seven-word comment about abusive fan

An unruly fan almost incurred the wrath of Dion Dublin during the half-time break of Aston Villa’s 2-1 win over Tottenham in the FA Cup.

Unai Emery‘s side needed less than 60 seconds to open the scoring at Villa Park as Tottenham goalkeeper Antonin Kinsky failed to keep out Jacob Ramsey’s powerful strike.

    3

Although Heung-Min Son had a golden chance to equalise denied by a superb save by Emi Martinez, the majority of chances in the opening 45 minutes belonged to Villa.

In total, the hosts fired off 11 shots with four on target while Spurs mustered just three overall.

However, Tottenham made it to half time down just one goal thanks to a number of impressive stops from Kinsky.

As is customary, the half-time break led to analysis from the BBC‘s studio panel of ex-Villa striker Dublin, Jermain Defoe and Joe Hart.

But it seemed one supporter decided they would look to steal the limelight during the interval.

The broadcaster’s studio was situated next to the away section at Villa Park and the fan, evidently annoyed at what his team served up inside the first half, let his frustrations known.

As Hart began to speak, a loud banging was heard on the studio glass.

He sat back in his chair and looked unsure what to do, while Defoe and Dublin turned to see who was behind the mischief.

The fan could then be heard yelling: “W******!”

But Dublin eased the tension with a hilarious quip.

“I’ll take him outside in a minute,” Dublin said.

Perhaps the fan was still angry with Tottenham’s midweek performance against Liverpool in the second leg of their Carabao Cup semi-final tie.

Having beaten the Reds 1-0 in the opening leg, Tottenham were no match for their rivals’ energy in the return leg at Anfield.

Cody Gakpo‘s strike in the 34th minute levelled the tie before a three-goal onslaught in the second-half booked Liverpool a spot in the Carabao Cup final.

Tottenham’s loss also came at the cost of yet another injury after Richarlison was forced off late in the first half.

Things didn’t get any better for Spurs in the second half with Morgan Rogers extending Villa’s lead on 64 minutes when he fired into the roof of the net from close range.

The loss to Villa meant another chance for Postecoglou to win a trophy for Tottenham was gone

Mathys Tel netted late on for the visitors to spark a nervy finish, but Villa held on to progress to the fifth round of the FA Cup for the first time in a decade.

Villa also handed out debuts to Marcus Rashford and Marco Asensio as the pair entered the contest midway through the second half.

Although neither got on the scoresheet, both showed numerous glimpses of their immense quality and no doubt left the Villa supporters excited for more.

  • Richarlison can do nothing right at Tottenham – he’s destined for Saudi switch

Richarlison can do nothing right at Tottenham – he’s destined for Saudi switch

Richarlison’s Tottenham woes have gone from bad to worse and all signs point towards a summer transfer to Saudi Arabia.

That’s the view of his ex-Watford teammate Troy Deeney, who has stated that ‘something’s gone wrong’ for the 27-year-old in north London.

    5

Richarlison has struggled for consistency since joining TottenhamCredit: Getty

The Brazilian joined Spurs from Everton in a deal rising to £60million in 2022 having scored 53 goals in 152 games for the Toffees.

But he has never got going at Tottenham, with the striker boasting almost as many injuries [ten] as he has Premier League goals [14].

Having already missed 27 matches this term due to numerous setbacks, Richarlison looks set for another spell on the sidelines after picking up a calf issue in Wednesday’s 4-0 defeat to Liverpool in the Carabao Cup semi-final second leg.

Boss Ange Postecoglou declared after the brutal loss that the player was left ’emotional’ over his latest injury, admitting that it ‘didn’t look too good’.

His continued struggles has led to uncertainty over his long-term future at Spurs ahead of a potential exit in the next transfer window.

Assessing Richarlison’s time at Tottenham so far, Deeney, who played alongside him at Vicarage Road in the 2017/18 season, told talkSPORT.com: “I feel sorry for him.

“There’s something clearly going wrong. He can’t seem to stay fit.

“He started the game [vs Liverpool] OK, and then ran into the channel and his calf just popped instantly.

“It’s a shame, like I say, something’s gone wrong there [at Spurs].

“Because at Watford he played 18 [12] months in a row, at Everton he played more or less every game – he was a leader for them.

“He then goes to Spurs and he just can’t seem to stay fit and I don’t really know what the answer is.”

And when pressed whether the player should depart north London to recapture his form, Deeney insisted there’s only one place Richarlison can go.

He remarked: “I think he is going to have to leave, because where does he go?

“It’s sad to say, but if you haven’t done it at Spurs, he’s probably going to end up going Saudi, somewhere like that.

“[He can] make a few quid for himself, but he needs to stay fit and available.

    “It’s a shame because he’s a good player, he’s a very good boy and a nice lad.”

Richarlison was heavily linked with a switch to Saudi Arabia last year, but snubbed a move despite the riches on offer, declaring: “The money is big, but my dreams are bigger.”

It’s been a difficult 2025 for Tottenham so far having lost five times already, with their trophy drought threatening to enter an 18th year.

And things don’t get any easier for Spurs on Sunday as they face Aston Villa away in the FA Cup fourth round.

Some Spurs fans are calling for the axing of Postecoglou, and Deeney has acknowledged that the Australian will be on thin ice should they be defeated in the Midlands.

He stated: “I don’t think he will get sacked after that game. If they lose to Manchester United [February 16], I think he’s in all sorts of pressure.

“Because at the start of this week they were in three competitions and looking to get players back to finish the season strong and finish in the top ten.

“I think if he loses the semi-final [vs Liverpool], loses in the FA Cup and then loses to Man United, they could be like 16th [in table], they could be in the bottom four.

“I just think they’re going to have to really step it up, and would you trust the manager if you’re the owner at that point?

“I don’t think it’s the right decision [to sack Postecoglou], I think it’s more on the players to step up now and a lot needs to be looked at at Tottenham as an organisation.”

Fans in stitches at Van Dijk and Richarlison incident you may have missed

Virgil van Dijk’s brutal gesture to Richarlison reminded fans the Liverpool captain is a cold-blooded phenom.

With the Reds down 1-0 on aggregate to Tottenham going into the second leg of their Carabao Cup semi-final, Van Dijk and his teammates knew they needed a fast start in the second leg at Anfield.

    3

Very few would have anticipated that type of start would have included some serious displays of ruthless physicality from Liverpool.

As is often the case with captains, Van Dijk certainly led the way on the physical front.

Unfortunately for Tottenham’s Richarlison, he bore the brunt of it as early as the third minute.

Van Dijk and Richarlison tussled for the ball but it looked like the forward would spin away from his marker.

But Van Dijk wasn’t about to let that happen and clattered into the Tottenham ace by shifting his entire body weight into the Brazilian.

However, vision appeared to show Van Dijk had thudded his elbow into Richarlison’s chest as he went down in pain.

Luckily for Van Dijk, the incident was checked and cleared by VAR.

Yet it was a separate flashpoint between the two that had fans in stitches on social media.

Richarlison was once again bundled to the ground by Van Dijk, this time from behind.

The Liverpool skipper offered his hand to help up his rival, but just as Richarlison reached out his hand, Van Dijk pulled back and ran away.

A handful of football supporters on X noticed the moment and offered hilarious reactions.

One user posted: “Van Dijk’s absolutely done Richarlison.”

Another said: “Van Dijk clowning Richarlison is absolutely brilliant.”

One wrote: “Van Dijk did Richarlison dirty.”

Unfortunately for Richarlison, his game lasted just 45 minutes as he was taken off after he went down to the ground.

Richarlison’s exit did herald the arrival of electric French talent Mathys Tel for his Tottenham debut.

The Brazilian’s substitution came after Cody Gakpo struck in the 34th minute to put Liverpool ahead on the night and level the tie at 1-1.

Gakpo’s goal was a just reward for the host’s efforts in the opening half as they took 11 shots to Tottenham’s one.

Arne Slot’s side have also enjoyed 73 per cent possession, with the visitors having to repel wave after wave of Liverpool attacks.

Unfortunately for Tottenham, Gakpo’s was the first of four goals conceded as Liverpool booked their spot in a third Carabao Cup final in four years.

Tottenham beat Arsenal to record-breaking transfer after deadline day

Tottenham Hotspur beat their north London rivals to the signing Mason Melia for a League of Ireland record transfer fee.

Melia has left St Patrick’s Athletic for a reported initial fee of £1.6m and signed a deal that will see him move in January 2026 on a five-year contract.

    2

The unusual timing of the move is due to Brexit-related regulations.

Melia was previously on trial at Manchester City and reportedly had interest from Arsenal.

Chelsea, Everton, Celtic and Bayer Leverkusen were also linked.

Spurs also bolstered their youth ranks with Luca Furnell-Gill from Liverpool, Daniel Batty from Manchester City, and Reiss Russell-Denney from Chelsea, all joining this window.

Prior to this move the record stood at £500,000 when Celtic bought Liam Scales from Shamrock Rovers in 2021.

The 17-year-old made his senior debut for St Patrick’s Athletic in May 2023 and later became the youngest scorer in league history aged 15.

The centre forward has appeared 54 times for the Irish club with 10 goals and three assists to his name.

He was a regular in the squad last season as St Pats progressed to the Europa Conference League qualifying rounds.

“Mason is a terrific talent with an exceptional attitude and a real appetite for hard work,” Kenny told the club’s website,” said St Pat’s manager Stephen Kenny.

“He has had a dramatic impact for one so young, his performances in our Conference League games playing as a central striker against high calibre opposition were of real quality.

Melia also had interest from Arsenal and a trial at Man City

“Mason has repeated those performances at international level for Ireland and has a bright future ahead for his country.”

Melia has been a regular in the youth age groups for the Republic of Ireland, representing them at the 2023 European Under-17 Championship finals. He earned his first call-up to the Republic of Ireland Under-21s squad in October, 2024.

Melia embodies what it means to be a modern day striker. Being able to drop deep and link up with teammates or drive with confidence at the opposition.

Speaking about Melia, St Pat’s sporting director Ger O’Brien said: “When we recruited Mason in 2022 we knew we had signed an incredible talent. We had watched his development with St Joseph’s Boys and Bray Wanderers for a number of years.

“He has been fantastic during his three years at the club, and we’re delighted for Mason that he’ll be making the move to the Premier League early next year.

“Mason has really developed, technically, physically and mentally and I’d like to thank all of the coaches who have worked with him in our Academy and also with the First Team over the last three years.

Mathys Tel reveals unseen role Harry Kane played in Tottenham switch

“There has been a lot of interest in Mason from the UK and Europe over the last number of years and our Chairman has been negotiating this deal for a number of months, it’s a record transfer fee for a League of Ireland player and something the club is proud of.”

In regards to the senior team, 19-year-old striker Mathys Tel joined on loan from Bayern Munich to bolster Ange Postecoglou’s injury ridden side alongside goalkeeper Antonin Kinsky.

Mathys Tel has joined Tottenham on loan – just days after rejecting a move to north London.

Spurs had agreed a permanent transfer for the Bayern Munich forward, only for the 19-year-old to snub a switch on Friday.

But he has now had a change of heart and joined Ange Postecoglou‘s side as he longs for regular game time, joining until the end of the season, although there is an option to make the move permanent.

Postecoglou spoke to him over Zoom this weekend and changed his mind over a move to the north London club.

Spurs will cover the entirety of the Frenchman’s salary during his stay in England.

Tottenham have acted fast to secure his services with Arsenal believed to have opened talks to sign him earlier on deadline day.

Meanwhile, Manchester United had two loan bids rejected by Bayern for the versatile forward over the weekend.

However, the move ultimately hit a stumbling block after the Red Devils refused to pay the requested £6.6million loan fee.

Chelsea were another interested club, though Tel had reservations over how much he would play with the Blues boasting a stacked front line.

It’s been a disappointing so far for Tel, who is yet to get on the score sheet from any of his 14 appearances under Vincent Kompany.

He has been limited to just eight Bundesliga outings – starting on just two occasions.

Tel’s arrival at Spurs will be welcome news to fans who have been crying out for a new forward.

Tottenham currently have wingers Timo Werner and Brennan Johnson on the sidelines due to injury.

Meanwhile striker Dominic Solanke is also out due to a knee knock, and isn’t expected back until the end of the month.

This could see Tel come in to lead the line, or be deployed on the left wing to allow skipper Son Heung-min to start up top instead.

And Tel could now get his first taste of English football against Liverpool on Thursday night.

Spurs travel to Anfield for the Carabao Cup semi-final second leg where they hold a precious 1-0 lead having won the first leg.

Tel’s arrival comes on a day that’s seen Spurs endure plenty of setbacks as they had a £70million bid rejected for Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi.

They’ve also missed out on the chance to sign Axel Disasi, the Chelsea defender who’s decided to join Aston Villa on loan instead of Spurs.

Why Man United pulled out of Tel transfer as Tottenham close in on star

Manchester United pulled out of the race to sign Mathys Tel as Bayern Munich excluded a buy option in a deal, talkSPORT understands.

The Red Devils had two loan offers rejected for the striker over the weekend, with the 19-year-old now instead set to join Tottenham.

United were thought to have been Tel’s main suitors after the player had initially rebuffed the opportunity to head to north London.

Spurs had agreed a permanent transfer for the Bayern Munich forward, only for him to snub a switch on Friday.

However, Tel underwent a U-turn over the weekend following talks with Ange Postecoglou over Zoom.

He will now spend the rest of the campaign at Tottenham on a straight loan with no buy option.

The change of heart may have been made easier by United’s withdrawal from negotiations due to the terms of the deal.

It is believed the United hierarchy weren’t keen on taking the risk of shelling out a high loan fee for an unproven young player.

The Red Devils baulked at the requested £6.6million loan fee with no option to turn Tel’s arrival into a permanent stay.

In addition to the exclusion of a buy option, Spurs are also covering the entirety of Tel’s salary during his stay in England.

United meanwhile are working under very tight financial constraints, with any money spent in January reducing their summer budget.

United reported a loss in excess of £113m for last season, taking their three-year losses to a whopping £254.7m, taking them over the Premier League’s PSR limit of £105m.

They were able to make suitable adjustments to the losses to work in their favour by the inclusion of spending on other areas of the club, including the refurbishment of the club’s Carrington Training base and the £50m tunnel improvements at Old Trafford.

United were also helped in their efforts to comply with PSR by being granted permission to claim a COVID allowance totalling £40m for the 2021/22 season.

Failing to qualify for the Champions League for a second successive year though will incur further financial penalties.

The 2-0 defeat to Crystal Palace left United in 13th – already 12 points adrift of neighbours Man City in fourth.

It underlined Ruben Amorim‘s need for more firepower, with Marcus Rashford and Antony both completing loan moves away.

Neither Joshua Zirkzee nor Rasmus Hojlund started the loss at Old Trafford on Sunday, with Kobbie Mainoo operating as a false nine.

talkSPORT’s chief football correspondent Alex Crook revealed last week that £72m signing Hojlund is fighting to save his United future.

The Dane is enduring a miserable season having scored only two league goals and is currently on a 12-match Premier League drought.

Zirkzee has flattered to deceive as his replacement, having largely struggled since signing in a £36.5m deal from Bologna last summer.

The Dutchman has only scored one more Premier League goal than Hojlund and a return to Italy could be on the cards.

Juventus offered Dusan Vlahovic to United as part of a deal for Zirkzee at the start of the window, but a move failed to materialise.

The collapse in a potential loan for Tel has meant Amorim has been left with just new signings – both of whom are defenders.

United captured Patrick Dorgu and Ayden Heaven from Lecce and Arsenal, respectively, with the pair both unveiled for fans on Sunday.

As for Tel, he attracted interest from Arsenal and Chelsea as well as United before finally settling on a loan to Tottenham.

With Spurs legend Harry Kane ahead in Vincent Kompany‘s pecking order, Tel has struggled for minutes at Bayern this season.

He has been limited to just eight Bundesliga outings – starting on just two occasions – and is yet to score.

‘Stupid’ – League One boss issues grovelling apology for Postecoglou comment

Leyton Orient head coach Richie Wellens has admitted his regret following a comment about Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou.

The O’s boss had seen his team lose 1-0 to fellow League One play-off hopefuls Stockport County.

Wellens’ comments infuriated Tottenham fansCredit: X – Leyton Orient

And after the match he had been asked if injuries had played a part in the defeat, with Sean Clare and Omar Beckles absent.

He responded: “I’m not Ange Postecoglou who will keep using it as an excuse.”

The clip soon went viral with Tottenham fans furious at the lack of respect shown by the Orient boss.

Spurs currently have two players out on loan with the O’s with Josh Keeley starring in goal and Jamie Donley who has been key in their recent form with five goals and six assists.

Some supporters immediately demanded those players should be recalled due to the commnets.

“Unprofessional to a high degree imo,” said one.

While another added: “Recall our players back.”

And a third said: “And we should cut all ties with them for the foreseeable future.”

The two clubs have had good relations for many years with several loans taking place, including one for Harry Kane in 2011, which helped kick-start his incredible career.

The clubs also kept strong ties after the death of ex-Leyton Orient manager and Tottenham League Cup winner Justin Edinburgh.

And currently Tottenham Women play the majority of their home games at Brisbane Road too.

Quickly Wellens returned with an swift and unerring apology.

“After today’s game, I was asked about the injuries within our squad and, without thinking, I made a stupid comment about Tottenham Hotspur,” he said on Orient’s official website.

“That comment was brought to my attention later in the evening and having watched my interview back I am deeply embarrassed and regret what I said.

“At Leyton Orient, we have a strong relationship with Tottenham Hotspur and it was never my intention to say anything that would jeopardise that. Their manager, Ange Postecoglou, is a world-class coach and I want to apologise for my comments and wish Spurs all the very best for the second half of the season.”

After the 1-0 loss, Orient now sit sixth in the League One table.

They have 44 points, 15 points off second place Wycombe Wanderers, as they occupy the final play-off place.

Wolves’ Kevin Danso deal hijacked as he closes in on Premier League move

Tottenham have hijacked Wolves’ deal to sign Kevin Danso on a permanent basis, talkSPORT understands.

Wolves looked to be close to landing the Lens defender on loan, but Ange Postecoglou’s side have swooped in at the last minute to snatch him from their grasp.

So advanced was Danso’s deal with Vitor Pereira’s side, he was due to fly into England on Sunday to undergo a medical with the club.

But the club have now been told that the player will instead be making a move to north London.

Tottenham have agreed a deal worth around £21milliion for Danso, who will sign a contract until 2030, with a medical to take place on Sunday.

The 26-year-old had already been linked with a number of sides across Europe, including Juventus, Rennes and Aston Villa.

News of Tottenham’s late move will have undoubtedly soured the mood at Molineux following their impressive 2-0 win over Villa on Saturday evening.

Goals from Matheus Cunha and Jean-Ricner Bellegarde handed the Black Country outfit a vital three points in their bid to stave off relegation.

    Tottenham’s desire for a new centre-back has been well-documented.

Spurs had made advances on Milan centre-back Fikayo Tomori, but the former Chelsea star opted to remain in Italy.

Postecoglou’s side had also made a move for out-of-favour Chelsea defender Axel Disasi.

But the late play for Danso all but confirms the end of Tottenham’s interest in the ex-Monaco star.

Should Danso’s move to Tottenham come to fruition, it would mark a return to England given he began his career with Reading and MK Dons at academy level as well as a loan spell at Southampton in the 2019/20 season.

The Austrian international joined Bundesliga outfit Augsburg in 2014 and went on to make 44 appearances in all competitions for the club.

He left in the summer of 2021 for Lens and quickly made himself a key member of the team.

Danso has made just shy of 130 appearances for the French side, six of which came in the Champions League last term.

So impressive were Danso’s performances for Lens, Manchester United great Rio Ferdinand recommended him to his former employers and said: “The boy at Lens, there’s one there, he’s good.”

Danso will provide some much-needed defensive reinforcements for Postecoglou, who has largely been forced to put square pegs in round holes just to field a backline.

Cristian Romero remains sidelined with a thigh injury while fellow centre-back Radu Dragusin was forced off with a knee complaint in Tottenham’s 3-0 win in the Europa League over Elfsborg on Thursday.

Worryingly, Postecoglou was unable to provide a timeline for Dragusin’s return.

Luckily for Postecoglou, star centre-back Micky van de Ven made it through the first half against Elfsborg unscathed following his return from injury.

Harry Kane sent Jamie Redknapp a message about £50m Tottenham target Mathys Tel

Jamie Redknapp has revealed that Tottenham legend Harry Kane sent him a text message about his Bayern Munich teammate Mathys Tel.

Tottenham are among a number of top European clubs trying to sign the teenage striker.

talkSPORT understands Spurs have told Bayern they are willing to pay £50million to win the race for Tel.

Premier League rivals Arsenal, Aston Villa, Chelsea and Manchester United are also known to be interested.

Ex-Tottenham striker Kane is the reason why Tel is keen to leave, as the England captain starts up front for Bayern every week when fit.

And Redknapp admitted that the former Spurs skipper was ‘very complimentary’ about Tel amidst Tottenham’s interest.

Speaking on Sky Sports Transfer Window, Redknapp said: “I messaged Harry Kane earlier on to ask him what’s he like.

“He was very complimentary about him and said first of all he’s a great guy.

“He wants to work, good trainer, good finisher, a lot of potential.

“It’s a lot of money £50million for a 19-year-old. But Tottenham need players.”

Meanwhile, Bayern Munich sporting director Max Eberl has already admitted Tel wants to leave before the transfer window shuts.

“He has said he would like to leave,” said Eberl.

“Now we have to think about whether we will do it and what we will do.”

Tel appeared to be saying goodbye to Bayern Munich fans after a 3-1 Champions League win over Slovan Bratislava on Wednesday evening.

The fact Spurs are willing to sign the 19-year-old on a permanent deal is appealing to Bayern, but the final decision is likely to rest with Tel.

Tottenham are desperate to sign a new forward before the transfer window closes after missing out to Juventus on PSG’s Randal Kolo Muani.

With Kane at Bayern, Tel has struggled to impose himself in Vincent Kompany‘s pecking order, with the youngster struggling for minutes despite showing promise.

He scored ten goals and assisted six times last season but has struggled to replicate that form with the Frenchman yet to score this campaign.

Tel has only played 458 minutes this campaign and is yet to play more than 65 minutes in a game.

Reports claim as many as seven clubs are trying to sign Tel before the window closes.
