    King Charles III to make changes to his coronation: Which ones will break with centuries of tradition?

    For many in Great Britain there has never been a coronation, they have never seen any other monarch than Queen Elizabeth II, however her son, Charles, will be coronated in May.

    In that ceremony, though, the new monarch is bucking tradition and will refuse to conform with centuries of monarch’s wearing traditional royal attire.

    Charles has opted to refuse to wear that, instead preferring a military attire for the historic event.

    Prince Harry unlikely to be invited

    With this decision, King Charles will not wear stockings and breeches according to The Daily Mail, with his reasoning being that they look too dated.

    His military uniform will be a throwback to the one worn by his grandfather, who was also regularly seen in his military attire rather than royal dress.

    This, though, is not the biggest decision that the new King will face ahead of his coronation.

    The divide between Prince Harry and the rest of the Royal Family has been well-documented, especially with the second son of Charles doing repeated interviews in America.

    It isn’t expected that he will be welcome or invited to the coronation in May, although the final decision will come down to Charles himself.

    Coronation unlikely to be as grandiose as expected

    One specific change requested by King Charles is that his coronation is a much smaller affair than the event which officially saw his mother take the throne.

    Charles wants it to be far more understated, although the spectacle, according to the Daily Mail, will still ‘knock your socks off’.

    The Telegraph writer Bryony Gordon visited Prince Harry allthe way in Montecito, California for an extended interview. She published two versions, the one on the renowned publication and the one on her personal Substack account. One of the most alarming quotes is directly linked to undisclosed information about Prince William and King Charles III. Prince Harry revealed that his book was cut down almost in half, there was so much material he could write a second book if he wanted. He made a decision to tell his editor to cut it down for two reasons.

    The first and most obvious reason was due to editorial purposes, the book needed to make some sense and have a structure. However, the other reason he decided to not include many parts of the story will definitely alarm the monarchy. Prince Harry revealed many interactions between he and Prince William weren’t disclosed. Also, interactions with King Charles III were also omitted. The reason? Prince Harry knows they would never forgive him if he divulged that information to the public. That makes everybody far more curious about the parts that were omitted in the book. Prince Harry has damaging information about his family and nobody knows if he will use it. They better not force him to do so.

    Here’s what the prince said: “Because on the scale of things I could include for family members, there were certain things that – look, anything I’m going to include about any of my family members, I’m going to get trashed for. I knew that walking into it. But it’s impossible to tell my story without them in it, because they play such a crucial part in it. And also because you need to understand the characters and personalities of everyone within the book. But there are some things that have happened, especially between me and my brother, and to some extent between me and my father, that I just don’t want the world to know.

    “Because I don’t think they would ever forgive me. Now you could argue that some of the stuff I’ve put in there, well, they will never forgive me anyway. But the way I see it is, I’m willing to forgive you for everything you’ve done, and I wish you’d actually sat down with me, properly, and instead of saying I’m delusional and paranoid, actually sit down and have a proper conversation about this, because what I’d really like is some accountability. And an apology to my wife.“

    As Prince Harry makes rounds in the press, a new unexpected name gets dragged into the British Royal Family’s sphere: Tom Brady. The QB, who is busy preparing for the Bucs NFC Wild Card battle on Monday (8:15 pm ET on ESPN), has been tagged on social media and praised for giving a “great interview” with the Duke of Sussex.

    The only problem: it wasn’t him that gave the interview.

    Thomas Matthew Bradby is a British journalist and novelist who currently presents the ITV News at Ten. He is better known as Tom Bradby. Which only bears a one-letter difference to that of the NFL star, hence the confusion.

    Fellow political journalist Emily Maitlis took to Twitter to applaud her colleague, but mistakenly praised the seven-time Super Bowl champion instead: “Great interview by @TomBrady. This is fundamentally a tragic story of a kid who lost his mother in the most appalling circumstances – and never found the support to emerge from that darkness”

    Users spared no time in mocking the British journalist

    The replies poking fun at Matilis were swift. “Didn’t know Brady did interviews. Pretty talented guy to play football and interview princes”, one user commented. Jon Sopel, who hosts a podcas alongside Maitlis, responded to his friend saying: “Hey Maitlis – would be one helluva scoop if this int had been done by America’s quarterback.”

    Prince Harry defends making public allegations against his family

    Piers Morgan was also made fun of after making the same mistake in a tweet criticizing Mr. Bradby and CNN’s Anderson Cooper. He then deleted the tweet after realizing his mistake.

    Tom Brady‘s future is in broadcasting with Fox Sports. Will he ever interview Prince Harry or Meghan Markle? Stranger things have happened. He is also yet to respond to Maitlis.

    Prince Harry was in complete shock after the death of his mother and revealed to Anderson Cooper that he’d feel guilty for not being able to cry at the memory of his mother and also revealed that he would watch videos to see if he could.

    The Duke of Sussex detailed that he wanted to cry and would focus on the memory of Lady Di and simply felt sad but his body somehow withdrew his tears.

    ‘There was this weight on my chest that I felt for so many years that I was never able to cry,’ he told Anderson Cooper in the 60 minutes interview.

    Prince Harry would look at videos of his mother and could not shed a single tear

    ‘So I was constantly trying to find a way to cry, but… in even sitting on my sofa and going over as many memories as I could muster up about my mum. And sometimes I watched videos online.’ He elaborated.

    Prince Harry revealed that during the procession to her mother’s funeral, he wanted to hide his shock and smiled as he would normally would, however, that made him feel sadder and guiltier.

    ‘I remember the guilt that I felt, the fact that the people that we were meeting were showing more emotion than [William and I] were showing, maybe more emotion than we even felt.

    ‘There was a lotta tears. I talk about how wet people’s hands were. And I couldn’t understand it at first’ he acknowledged how the people where feeling.

    ‘Their hands were wet from wiping their own tears away. I do remember one of the strangest parts of it, was taking flowers from people and then placing those flowers with the rest of them. As if I was some sort of middle person for their grief. And that really stood out for me.’ He remembers as he told Anderson Cooper.

    At the final episode of “Harry & Meghan,” the Netflix docuseries starring the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry discussed what he misses most about life in “the institution.”

    “I miss the weird family gatherings when we’re all sort of brought together under one roof for, you know, certain times of the year. That I miss,” he said.

    “You know, being part of the institution meant that I was in the U.K. so I miss the U.K., I miss my friends.”

    The duke continued by saying he had “lost a few friends in this process as well” as a result of his and Meghan Markle’s choice to stand back and relocate to California.

    Additionally, he said that he moved to Santa Barbara’s Montecito “because I was changed.”

    “I changed to the point that I’d outgrown my environment. Therefore, this was the most obvious place to come,” he said while adding that it was a place where his late mother, Princess Diana, might have ending up living anyway.

    “There’s times when I’ve been angry, but I can’t be that angry because I genuinely feel that I and we are exactly where we’re supposed to be,” he said. “We’ve made it to the other side.”

    Prince Harry to reveal even more in his new book

    With the release of the Duke of Sussex’s much awaited biography, “Spare,” on January 10, Harry’s revelations will no doubt continue.

    “I’ve worn many hats over the years, both literally and figuratively, and my hope is that in telling my story – the highs and lows, the mistakes, the lessons learned – I can help show that no matter where we come from, we have more in common than we think,” said the Prince on a press release.

    He also added that he was “excited for people to read a firsthand account of my life that’s accurate and wholly truthful.”

    In “Harry & Meghan,” Doria Ragland sobs as she talks about her daughter Meghan Markle‘s suicide intentions.

    The “Suits” alum told the 66-year-old that “she had wanted to take her own life,” according to brand-new episodes that were released on Thursday.

    “That really broke my heart because I knew that it was bad. … That’s not an easy one for a mom to hear,” she says.

    According to the former yoga instructor, neither she nor Markle’s husband, Prince Harry, were able to “shield” the former actress from the negative press she faced as a result of her relationship with the royal.

    “[She was] just constantly be picked at by these vultures just picking away at her spirit,” she said about her daughter. “Actually think[ing] of not wanting to be here.”

    Doria Ragland went through a difficult time with her daughter

    Almost two years after Meghan Markle initially opened up about her struggle with suicidal thoughts in public, Ragland gave the emotional interview.

    “I just didn’t want to be alive anymore,” Markle told Oprah Winfrey during a controversial interview in 2021. “I knew that if I didn’t say it that I would do it. And that was a very clear and real and frightening constant thought.”

    The Duchess of Sussex stated that in January 2019, just before an event at the Royal Albert Hall, while she was expecting her baby Archie, she warned Harry that she couldn’t “be left alone.”

    “If you zoom in, you can see how tightly his knuckles are gripped around mine,” Markle said. “You can see the whites of our knuckles, because we are smiling and doing our job, but we’re both just trying to hold on.”

    In the new Netflix docuseries “Harry & Meghan,” Meghan Markle and Prince Harry unveiled a ton of never-before-seen images and videos of their family and children.

    The first three episodes of the show, which debuted on Thursday, featured various pictures and videos of the ex-royals’ son Archie, 3, and their daughter Lilibet, 1. Archie is the couple’s third child.

    He may be seen riding around on a suitcase in one video, and Markle is shown introducing him to a picture of his late grandmother, Princess Diana, in another.

    Before their relationship was made public, the couple also posted photos of themselves, including ones taken in a photo booth and on their now-famous third date to Botswana in 2016.

    In the early stages of their relationship, they also provided pictures of the couple FaceTiming.

    Following the passing of Queen Elizabeth II in September, Harry, 38, and Markle, 41, who relocated to Montecito, Calif., were “having second thoughts” about the series.

    Their relationship and life as ex-royals documented

    The couple, who got married in 2018, has come under fire from social media users, TV celebrities, and international media since resigning from their royal duties.

    When they eventually sat down for a candid interview with Oprah Winfrey in March 2021, Markle confessed that the pressure from the British press had pushed her to consider suicide while she was carrying her son, Archie.

    Later it was announced that the “Deal or No Deal” alum and the late Queen Elizabeth ll’s grandson had contracted with the streaming giant to shoot a series and had selected Liz Garbus as the director.

    Dec. 15 sees the release of the final three episodes of the Netflix series.

And she is loving it,” they said. “I certainly have chosen to remain silent out of respect for the crown, but if they keep attacking us and our characters, reputation, etcetera, we need to feel we are equally supported by the royal family.”

    On Twitter many users are against everything that has happened with Meghan and Prince Harry, so much is the annoyance that they created a hashtag #MeghanMarkleisaliar.
