Mumbai Indians (MI)<\/strong> registered a convincing victory over Sunrisers Hyderabad<\/strong> (SRH) in the 55th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024<\/strong><\/a> at Wankhede on Monday, May 6.\u00a0The win was anchored by a sensational century from Suryakumar Yadav<\/strong>.<\/p>\n SRH set a target of 173\/8 after 20 overs. Travis Head<\/strong> led the scoring with a dynamic 48 off 30 balls, including seven fours and one six. Contributions also came from Pat Cummins<\/strong> who added a quick 35 from 17 balls at the tail end. However, consistent wickets from Mumbai\u2019s bowlers, especially Hardik Pandya<\/strong> (3\/31) and Piyush Chawla<\/strong> (3\/33), kept the innings in check.<\/p>\n The chase was dominated by an outstanding innings from Suryakumar, who scored 102 runs from just 51 balls. His innings featured 12 fours and 6 sixes, propelling MI to reach their target comfortably at 174\/3 with 16 balls to spare.
