Everton<\/a> boss Sean Dyche<\/a> was unable to make a single addition to his first-team squad in the January transfer window and will now have to avoid the drop without any reinforcements.<\/p>\n

Steve Cooper\u2019s side have an option to sign him permanently from Atletico Madrid for \u20ac30m (\u00a326m) at the end of his current loan spell but are said to be set<\/a> to pass up on the chance to exercise it, with the Spanish side willing to negotiate with the Toffees over a deal if that comes to pass.<\/p>\n
