Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou insists he \u201ccouldn\u2019t be happier\u201d in Glasgow amid speculation he could move on, although he remains fully aware of the reports linking him to the Premier League.<\/p>\n

Postecoglou has enjoyed tremendous success with the Hoops since arriving in 2021, winning the league title last season and two Scottish League Cups, including one against Rangers last weekend.<\/p>\n

The Australian boss\u2019 dominance has certainly not gone unnoticed by clubs south of the border, with media reports linking him to four Premier League jobs over the course of the season.<\/p>\n

However, Postecoglou is fully focused on \u201cleaving a mark\u201d at Celtic Park.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen people say, \u2018He\u2019s going to go down the road or somewhere else with the first offer he gets,\u2019 it\u2019s not how I\u2019m wired, it\u2019s not how I think,\u201d Postecoglou said, via <\/a>The Scotsman<\/a><\/i>.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cFor me, what it\u2019s about is just trying to leave a mark wherever I am. I have done that with every football club I have been at. I want to do that at this football club and that is all that consumes me.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t think about the next step \u2026 or I need to go somewhere else \u2026 or I need to do this \u2026 or I need to consider other things. It is all there.\u201d<\/p>\n

Although the 57-year-old is easily content in Glasgow, he is not \u201coblivious\u201d to the constant speculation about his future.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is not healthy to put the blinkers up and not know what is going on because that tests your desire to keep doing what you\u2019re doing,\u201d Postecoglou said.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf people are talking about my future or are interested in my future I will sit there and listen. <\/p>\n

\u201cIt doesn\u2019t mean I am going to jump at anything that comes my way. I am really passionate about what I do and the people close to me know what is most important to me, what drives me and what keeps me sort of happy in my role.<\/p>\n
