Gujarat Titans (GT)<\/strong> successfully defended a formidable total of 224\/6 against Sunrisers Hyderabad<\/strong> (SRH) at the Narendra Modi Stadium on Friday, clinching a crucial victory in Match 51 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025<\/strong><\/a>. The home side\u2019s commanding batting display, spearheaded by scintillating knocks from Shubman Gill and Jos Buttler, set up the win, though the match was not without its talking points, most notably the controversial run-out dismissal of the GT skipper.<\/p>\n Having won the toss, SRH captain Pat Cummins<\/strong> opted to bowl first, a decision that initially seemed questionable as GT openers came out all guns blazing. Sai Sudharsan<\/strong> continued his impressive form, providing a rapid start with a quickfire 48 off just 23 balls, laced with nine boundaries.
