it\u2019ll also handle more mountain bike trail than you might think, which means you can head out on a ride and be ready for pretty much anything:<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image riding over rocks and roots and stuff.  Some pedal strike aside it always felt planted, composed, and maneuverable.  I\u2019m guessing the long wheelbase has a lot to do with it, though admittedly any bike is liable to feel precise and poised after riding around on a Softride with a sproingy stem:<\/p>\n<figure
