Manchester United and Brentford remain in talks over a deal for Bryan Mbeumo.<\/strong><\/p>\n talkSPORT understands the winger\u2019s medical with the Red Devils is provisionally booked for next week, with the two clubs still negotiating over the final transfer<\/a> fee and deal structure.<\/p>\n 4<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div> Man United<\/a> entered the race for the Cameroonian star with an initial bid of \u00a355million<\/a>, comprising \u00a345m up front and \u00a310m in add-ons.<\/p>\n However, the Premier League rivals are now understood to be finalising a package worth more than the \u00a362.5m United paid Wolves for Matheus Cunha<\/a>.<\/p>\n Tottenham have also been linked with an interest in Mbeumo<\/a> following his old Brentford manager Thomas Frank\u2019s appointment as the new Spurs boss.<\/p>\n But the forward has always made it clear Old Trafford is his preferred destination this summer, over a reunion with Frank in north London.<\/p>\n The Red Devils have already agreed personal terms over a \u00a3250,000-a-week contract with the 25-year-old.<\/p>\n Incredibly, that is five times his current salary at Brentford, where he collects \u00a350,000-a-week in wages.
